Hoji was an excellent tour guide! The food tour is the perfect way to learn Cuban American culture, history, and sample amazing authentic foods. Highly recommend!!!
Bianca was an awesome tour guide! She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I learned so much about Little Havana and Cuban culture.
Orlando was very knowledgeable and very funny.
Awesome tour and Mariela was amazing
Outstanding food and fun informative guide - Hoji- the best Cuban sandwich and empanadas and never tired of answering my crazy questions
Our group really enjoyed the tour and will be recommending it to friends travelling to Miami in the future. Mariela was personable and provided great entertainment! She taught us a lot about the food, history and culture of Little Havana all while we enjoyed sampling superb local cuisine and drinks!
Mariela and Ariel are wonderful tour guides! They know where to take us for food and drink but more importantly, they know their history of Little Havana in Miami and share it in a most educational and professional way!
We went on the 5pm tour and I wouldn't recommend the tour at that time. The pre-tour blurb said arrive hungry, which we were!! But we didn't eat until at least 5.45pm as the guide wanted to make sure we went into some shops that would shut at 6pm, before they closed. Don't think anyone in our group bought anything. Tbh the people i spoke to on the tour felt similarly, too much wasted time at the beginning, and too little food. Rest of the tour was marginally better, bit more food. But I was disappointed overall and if you were hungry beforehand, you wouldn't feel like you were satisfied at the end. Can't understand the 4.9* rating
We’re truly sorry to hear you left feeling disappointed—our goal is always to ensure every guest has a fantastic time. Had you communicated to us your frustration, we would have gladly offered a refund, as our guests satisfaction is far more important to us than the ticket price. Our high 4.9-star rating is built on thousands of 5-star reviews from guests who found our portions and pacing to be a highlight. We clearly didn’t meet your expectations, please accept our apologies.
Ariel was a wonderful guide. He is knowledgeable and so much fun. When you go, go hungry, as there is a lot of great food and drinks. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this experience.
The tour was awesome.Toni (our tour guide) was very knowledgeable and attentive. She shared interesting facts and stories about Little Havana and the Cuban immigration history. The group was very friendly and Toni made sure we all had a great time. I highly recommend to anybody who is looking for an engaging tour of Little Havana.
