Die Tour beginnt am Doca de Santo Amaro
Seit über 60 Jahren ist die Cristo Rei-Statue ein markantes Wahrzeichen im Lissaboner Stadtbild, wenn man den Tejo bewundert. Eine kuriose Tatsache... Der Abstand zwischen den Händen von Christus dem König beträgt 28 Meter, was der Körpergröße entspricht.
Die Brücke des 25. April, die lokal als Brücke über den Tejo bekannt ist und von der Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco inspiriert wurde, verbindet Lissabon mit dem südlichen Ufer des Flusses. Eine kuriose Tatsache... Es handelt sich um die längste Hängebrücke Europas.
Es handelt sich um eine portugiesische gemeinnützige Stiftung, deren Ziel die Entwicklung wissenschaftlicher Forschungsaktivitäten im Bereich der Medizin ist.
Der Belém-Turm, der sich an der Tejo-Mündung befindet, diente ursprünglich als Verteidigungsturm zum Schutz von Lissabon.
Strategisch günstig am Nordufer des Tejo gelegen, um Lissabon zu schützen, ist es eines der imposantesten Gebäude der Stadt.
Erbaut zu Ehren des Zeitalters der portugiesischen Entdeckungen, ist es einer portugiesischen Karavelle nachempfunden und zeigt historische Persönlichkeiten, die mit der maritimen Expansion in Verbindung stehen: Seefahrer, Kartographen, Könige, Missionare und andere. Prinz Heinrich der Seefahrer sticht am Bug hervor.
Das 2016 von der Architektin Amanda Levete erbaute Museum beherbergt Kunst, Architektur und Technologie.

Almost didn’t make it because of our poor judgement on how long it would take us to get there but we did and so glad we did, it was such a good boat trip, good vibes and good views and drinks were very reasonable. Also managed to see dolphins which we was not expecting, best birthday ever for the boyfriend, trip made.

An excellent tour; if you want a relaxing afternoon and a smooth boat ride, this is the best option. I loved the giant cushions designed for two people, the welcome drinks were good, the music was great, and the views were the best—my wife and I absolutely loved it.

We got on the catamaran which was nice. There was no welcome and no demonstration of safety features. There was absolutely no tour whatsoever. We never heard any staff member speak. We just went back and forth on the same part of the river- nothing was pointed out. There wasn’t even any music. I’m shocked there are so many good reviews.

As we sat at a restaurant and saw other boats being loaded, the workers were helping customers go from the dock to the boat. We did not get that. The crew also couldn't manage the line. They came to collect tickets and asked for one straight line 10mins before boarding but we had been gathering for a half hr before. People got on first who had arrived after others. Music was playing on board but if you on the bow you barely heard it. The needed speakers there. All in all, it was nice seeing the sunset. Drinks were watered down. I had a good time because of who I was with. This is not for anyone under 40yrs old.

In all the reviews, everyone mentions how cold they can get on the boat. Do not ignore that warning as it was 90° when we got to the pier and the temperature dropped fast. I did bring a warm sweater so I really enjoyed the trip. the music was good and the crew very nice. It was just the right amount of time to be on the river waiting for the sunset and to see the beautiful statues and buildings along the way.
