Unser erster Halt wird der charmante Love Park sein, ein romantischer Ort, der 1993 eingeweiht wurde. Sein Herzstück „Der Kuss“, ein wunderschönes Werk des renommierten Künstlers Víctor Delfín, porträtiert zwei Liebende, die eine endlose Umarmung teilen – ein wahres Symbol für Leidenschaft und Verbundenheit in Lima.
Weiter geht es nach Huaca Pucllana, einer außergewöhnlichen archäologischen Stätte vor Inka aus den Jahren 200–700 n. Chr. Diese Adobepyramide war ein wichtiger religiöser und politischer Komplex für die Lima-Zivilisation. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Besuch panoramisch ist — wir beobachten den Ort nur von außen.
Unser nächster Halt ist der Olivenpark, ein ruhiger Grünraum, der Hunderte von Olivenbäumen bewahrt, die vor Jahrhunderten gepflanzt wurden. Hier finden Sie auch Exponate traditioneller Olivenölmaschinen sowie einen ruhigen Teich mit Fischen und Schildkröten, der den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen der Natur schafft.
Unser nächster Halt ist Barranco, die farbenfrohste und künstlerischste Gegend der Stadt, wo jede Wand durch ihre schönen Wandmalereien und Street Art eine Geschichte erzählt. Erleben Sie die angesagte Bohème-Atmosphäre und wünschen Sie sich einen Moment an der Seufzerbrücke, einem der romantischsten Wahrzeichen Limas. MITTAGESSEN : Mittags gibt es eine Pause von 1 Stunde 30 Minuten, damit Sie zu Mittag essen können. Wir werden Ihnen einige gute lokale Restaurants empfehlen.
Im zweiten Teil der Tour besuchen wir den Platz San Martín, der Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts erbaut wurde, um an 100 Jahre Unabhängigkeit Perus zu erinnern. Umgeben von eleganten neoklassizistischen Gebäuden steht dieser Platz als eines der schönsten Wahrzeichen Limas und Symbol für den architektonischen Glanz der Stadt.
Danach geht es weiter zum Lima Hauptplatz, dem ikonischsten und historisch bedeutendsten Platz Perus. Hier werden Sie bemerkenswerte Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Präsidentenpalast, das Rathaus von Lima, die Kathedrale und den eleganten Erzbischofspalast bewundern, die alle die Größe der Kolonialarchitektur Limas zeigen.
Schließlich besuchen wir eines der faszinierendsten Museen in der Innenstadt von Lima, wo Ihr Fachkundiger Tourleiter Einblicke in die reiche Geschichte der peruanischen Hauptstadt gibt. Höhepunkt dieses Besuchs ist die Erkundung der unterirdischen Katakomben, ein beeindruckendes Netzwerk von Tunneln und Kammern, die einen faszinierenden Blick in Limas koloniale Vergangenheit werfen.

We had a great day out with Sandy. She was so kind and informative. We walked the Barranco area, saw lots of cool murals and local art, strolled through beautiful parks, learned a lot about the history of Peru and got to see a beautiful corner of this sprawling metropolis. If you are looking for a good way to get an overview of Lima and spend time with some wonderful locals, this is the tour for you!

The tour is valid for the morning part in the old town while the afternoon part of Barranco absolutely without any added value.

A super interesting tour. A super comfortable way to see all the neighborhoods of Lima that you have to see, they take you with the private van in a super small group and explain all the beautiful places in the area. Sandy is super nice and makes the tour super enjoyable and interesting. It also helps a lot with tips for your stay in Peru. I recommend 100%.

I use a lot of tours with a guide all over the world. Alexandra is the best tour guide I have ever had. She is very friendly, kind and has excellent conversation skills. Her attention to details is impeccable. She is the only tour guide with whom I honestly retained all the information that she shared. I wish I had more trips with her is Peru. Jimmy - our driver was very good and a safe driver. The tour itinerary is good. We were not rushed, had ample time to see places and have questions. It was small group of 5 which was amazing!

Lima Highlights Tours provided an exceptional full day tour of Lima. We were short on time and this tour hit the main areas to see. Our guide, Martin, was professional and very knowledgeable about Lima and Peru. A great way to get introduced to Lima and Peru. A van picked us up and dropped us off at your hotel, which was nice as Lima's traffic is hectic.
