Lima: Die ultimative Street Food und Markets Tour!

The experience was very enriching and interesting and my guide Alex could not have been better, I loved his explanations and his company. If I were to return to Lima I would repeat it without a doubt with him!

We really enjoyed our tour, seeing parts of the city we otherwise wouldn't have visited and trying loads of new food. Our guide, Alex was really friendly and told us about the history and what life is like for Lima locals, as well as explaining the food and how it is eaten.

This was amazing. Maria was an excellent guide. We went places and tried food and drinks we never would have otherwise. It also included a visit to major sites like the plaza mayor as well which we didn't realise.

I wish I could give this tour more than 5 stars. We had the best time ever. When booking it said our hotel was outside the service area so I sent them a wattapp message and they came and picked us up. Our guide was so charismatic and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and was thrilled to share his cultural food with us. Do NOT take this tour if you are not willing to try new things. We have tried fruit that I have never even seen before. You may not like everything but you will learn so much about how Peru pours love and care into their street food. A definite must try if you're in Lima!!!!

We had a great guide who showed us a number of great historic sites, the food markets were not quite what I expected but the guide made up for that. Only negative which was a big one for me was at the end, we were informed at the last minute we would be waiting and dropping another couple off. We waited 35minutes in vehicle before they turn up. Not happy as my time is also money

Great tour that truly shows the authentic side of Peru. We experienced how locals eat, shop, and live their everyday lives. The food was incredible, made with so much love, especially the anticuchos and picarones. Alex was an excellent guide: extremely knowledgeable about Peruvian history and culture, and genuinely enthusiastic throughout the tour. Highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting a real taste of Lima.

Klaudia, our guide, was very friendly, informative and professional. She helped us try a variety of foods from several locations. Great way to see and do something you might miss on your own!

First things first, once booked we we re e in contact with someone to be sure pf our flight time and arrival at the meeting points for our ride. Juan made sure that we had a picture of the meeting spot and that we exchanged photos to ensure pick up. When we arrived at the location, Juan's patience and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. I have had stopover tours before and he ranks at the top. Gave us an excellent tour of the historic regions of Lima as well as great local food places. It was so well done that my wife mentioned how and when do we return to Peru because she feels like we left meat on the bone. Book this tour if you have an extended layover or popping through Lima for a few and ask for Juan!

We went with the guide Klaudia. She was simply sensational. The walk is unavoidable. Do it! She was one of the best guides I've ever known.
