Eric was personable and very knowledgable of the city's history. We saw parts of Nashville we might have seen hardened not taken the tour. We canvassed the better part of Nashville at a comfortable pace.
Interesting facts about Nashville liked seeing Broadway but really enjoyed the history Lots of cool murals
Kimber was an excellent tour guide. She should all the must see places in downtown Nashville. She was very interesting and fun.
Erick was knowledgeable, and pleasant to walk and talk with. Every time we tour, we learn something new.
As it developed, our tour was private. No one else showed up. Our tour guide certainly was locally knowledgeable and being a historian herself, quite informative. This was a good way to understand Memphis for people interested in history and who have not been there before.
The tour guide was late, ended the tour early, rushed through all the stops, and gave us very little information. Several questions were answered with « you can look it up » . He was just going through the motions, and we mostly just saw the outside of buildings and then rushed to the next stop. Very disappointing !
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. Our historical tours are designed to showcase many of Nashville’s most significant sites from the outside, giving guests a great overview and the opportunity to visit the locations that interest them most afterward. That said, I’m truly sorry to hear that your guide may have seemed rushed or unengaged — that’s not - at all - the experience we aim to provide. I would also hope that no one on our team would ever respond to a question in the way you described, and I’ll be following up with our staff to address this directly. We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can improve. If you’re willing, please reach out to us at thevilletours@gmail.com with your tour date and guide’s name so we can look into this further. Thank you again!
Interesting info about the city we never would have known otherwise. Sean was very knowledgeable and personable.
Expensive for what get and what you see. Company VERY difficult to deal with and inflexible for errors which they do not tell on the website when booking. No direct number to call to reach them. You have to call a number to get a person to ask for the correct number to call to talk to the representative of this company. Total B S.
Pete, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We did want to clarify that your reservation was made through a third-party booking platform, not directly with The Ville Tours. Because of this, any changes or modifications must be handled through the company you booked with, as they control the reservation details and communication channels. That said, our team at The Ville Tours is always happy to help however we can. If you ever have questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly—we’ll do our best to support you and ensure your experience is a positive one. We appreciate you choosing to tour with us and hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother experience in the future. —The Ville Tours Team
We got upgraded to the golf cart tour. It was a good for a hot day. Dylan was a fun guide who showed us lots of street art and restaurants. He had a great vibe.
I’m so glad you had a great time and that Dylan brought the fun! The golf cart upgrade is a lifesaver on hot days, and it’s awesome you got to see some of the coolest art and food spots Nashville has to offer. Come ride with us again soon!
Eric gave a fun and educational walking tour of Nashville! We enjoyed walking by Woolworth's store, all the different murials and loved the free praline sample at Savannah's Candy Kitchen.
