Der Unterricht konzentriert sich auf die traditionelle indonesische Küche mit frischen und saisonalen Produkten aus der Region, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Gerichte voller Geschmack sind. Während des Kurses lernen Sie traditionelle Kochtechniken und die Mitarbeiter informieren Sie darüber, welche Zutaten Sie im Ausland als Ersatz verwenden können, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie die Gerichte zu Hause authentisch und innovativ zubereiten können. Kochen und Essen stehen im Mittelpunkt der Kurse, aber Sie werden mit viel mehr als einem vollen Magen gehen. Während des Unterrichts können Sie unsere Köche alles fragen, was Sie möchten. Sie lieben es, ihr Wissen über die indonesische Kultur und das lokale Leben zu teilen. Die Köche stammen entweder vom Festland Lombok oder von den Gili-Inseln und sind mit der lokalen Sasak-Kultur bestens vertraut. Von Heiratstraditionen und sozialen Normen bis hin zu Bildung und lokalen Lebensstilen erhalten Sie ein intimes Bild davon, was es heißt, Indonesier zu sein.

It was a really pleasant experience! We had a really good instructor Wahiu who took his time and took us through the recipes. There's also a lot of food for you to eat afterwards. Would recommend!!!

We had seen this when we visited Gili T 2 years ago and were very keen to comeback and try it out. We are on holiday for our son’s wedding and decided we would do the four dish menu as a family activity. What an amazing, fun experience. It was fantastic. The team were so friendly. It was extremely well organised, with the ingredients prepared ready for you to chop as directed. The staff explain the ingredients and preparation of each thing. They then take you through, step by step, to cook each dish. After preparing you then sit down and enjoy your efforts. We had a wonderful time. It was great fun, we had a laugh and all learned how to cook Indonesian food. We will be cooking these dishes at home. If you have a few hours spare it is so worthwhile doing one of these classes. The guys make it fun and educational. Absolutely loved it. I wish I could give it 10*. Thank you guys for a memorable day.

What a great class i did the 2 hour class (4 dishes) was amazing the hosts were great good laugh very laid back extremely informative the dishes tasted amazing had a very full belly & some great recipes & knowledge of local food for my collection would strongly recommend

Excellent experience and since my wife cooks at home, she is the one who took the Super Six course. I was able to follow along but did not participate. Excellent animation also with step-by-step support. The portions are very generous for one person; we ate as a couple, and it was more than enough to sustain us. The owners should extend the concept to couple cooking because currently, to cook as a couple, you have to buy two courses, which is way too much food. Super six 450k IDR.

It is a great cooking class in Gili Trawangan. We had so much fun and learned a lot about the Indonesian cuisine. They guided us through each step and explained all the ingredients and how we can cook the dishes back at home. Great experience.
