I absolutely would not recommend Sun Buggy Rentals to anyone based on my experience. My reservation details were: Reservation Details: bsz1, Reservation ID: #300261 17, Date: Friday, June 12, 2026, Time: 8:00 AM, Location: ATV Tour, Guests: 3, Vehicles: 3X Medium ATV, Total Due: $648.51. We paid $648.51 for three guests and were scheduled for an ATV tour, but the shuttle completely failed to pick us up on the day of the event. We waited outside for two and a half hours in the hot morning sun, expecting the shuttle to arrive. No one showed up, and there was no proper communication or resolution at the time. Afterward, I spoke with several people and was told that a refund would be issued back to my card. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and followed up several times, yet I still have not received my refund or a clear explanation. This is completely unacceptable. This company took payment for a service that was not provided, failed to pick us up as scheduled, left us waiting in the heat for hours, and then made me chase them for a refund they already said would be processed. That is not just poor customer service — it is unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against booking with Sun Buggy Rentals. Based on my experience, they are unreliable, difficult to get a resolution from, and not worth the risk. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The whole tour was amazing! Great service from all the staff and great banter also! The van driver Michael was first class! This man deserves a raise! He was so funny, very informative as it was our first time in vegas and he was giving us all the tips and best things to do! You need to experience this just to have Michael pick you up!
We had such a great time on our atv tour. This was my husbands first time driving a four wheeler and he loved it and felt very safe. Our guide Degan did such an awesome job. Stayed at the speed we were comfortable with and it seemed like we covered every square inch of road out there. Not sure how he remembered what road was what but, he made it very fun! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

We did the ATV tour with Tony and it was a super fun experience! Tony made us feel safe while having a blast. Definitely going again when I visit Vegas next!

We had Tony as our first guide. Our ATV experience started out slow, with 2 others that said they were experienced but definitely were more hesitant. It was unfortunate but we understood that we can't go any faster than the slowest members and lose them. Afterwards we did a second tour with Charlie as we wanted to rip around a bit faster, which he definitely obliged! Out of all the fun things we've done in Las Vegas, this had to be my most favorite part of my trip! If you're going to Sunbuggy, definitely ask for Charlie or Tony! They're great guys and were a ton of fun!
