Tauchen Sie auf dieser 2-stündigen Rentiersafari ab Rovaniemi tief in die Wildnis Lapplands ein. Steigen Sie mit einem Führer in Ihren Schlitten und sausen Sie dann in die verschneiten Wälder, während die Rentiere die Führung übernehmen. Bewundern Sie während Ihrer Schlittenfahrt (1,5 km) den Panoramablick über die Landschaft Lapplands und lauschen Sie den rhythmischen Geräuschen der Rentierhufe im Schnee. Wärmen Sie sich mit einem heißen Getränk am Feuer auf und hören Sie dann zu, wie ein Führer über die Rolle der Rentiere in der traditionellen lappländischen Kultur spricht. Sie haben die einmalige Gelegenheit, etwas über Rentiere und zu lernen ihr Leben. Touristen bestehen eine Prüfung zum Reiten eines Rentiers Schlitten und erhalten sogar einen speziellen Führerschein ohne Altersbeschränkungen oder Dopingkontrolle. Nehmen Sie Platz in der Schlitten und los geht's! Es wird kalt? Sie können sich wärmen am Lagerfeuer in einer Hütte und genießen Sie eine Tasse heißen Saft. Im In einer traditionellen Lappenhütte werden Sie in „getauft“ in Übereinstimmung mit allen nördlichen Regeln.
Wir werden eine wundervolle Tour rund um die Farm machen und den Alltag der Rentiere sehen. Der Führer erzählt vom Leben auf dem Bauernhof und führt Sie herum. Der Hof hat eine mehr als 300-jährige Geschichte
Nach der Tour und Zeremonie fahren wir mit den Schlitten im Wald zur Rentierfahrt - das wäre ein echtes Wintermärchen

- Die Verfügbarkeit der längeren Schlittenfahrt (2-3 km) kann durch widrige Wetterbedingungen beeinträchtigt werden. In diesem Fall betreiben wir eine kürzere Strecke von 500 m, für die wir eine teilweise Rückerstattung von 25 EUR / Erwachsener und 20 EUR / Kind anbieten können.

Very short reindeer ride,about 15 minutes. In December from 3pm, through a dark forest. Reindeer feeding only on the fence. Far too expensive for what's on offer. The promise was 30 minutes.
We got a refund as raindeer trip was shorter then agreed and we were informed about it in advance. Do not recommend trips at night like our which started at 1600. Route is through forest and you bearlly see raindeer infront of your sleigh. Feeding reindeers over a fence is fine and those are wonderful animals but there are farms were you can do it directly with no fence. Information meeting at the end was very informative but we got literally one small pice of cake per person. Generaly we are promised to get refound so we should be happy but to be honest Im not as I'd prefer to get what I paid for and in a way how it was advertised.

This was a wonderful experience on a real working reindeer farm. Our driver Alex was great, knowledgeable about Rovaniemi and provided us with some facts about the reindeer in general. Our tour guide on the farm was wonderful, gave us plenty of time of ask questions and provided us with a lot of information. The location was perfect. The setting for the reindeer safari was picturesque, out in the snowy woods- no one else around and you were on a 15-20 minute ride. Well worth the price and would highly recommend for families and groups alike. Thank you!!

It was fun learning about reindeers and the farmers. I enjoyed the sleigh ride while watching the reindeer’s butt (and the little black “truffles” that came out of it 😂😂😂) and just looking at the snow covered surroundings. Then a bit later our reindeer peed and the guide said “change oil” 😂

Reindeer sleigh experience is rather chill, is a walking speed safari +feeding experience. The farm answer a lot of questions, very interesting to hear how the reindeer farm works.

My partner and I loved this trip. The ride itself is about 15 minutes but you get to see/feed the reindeer and then go back to sit by the fire to warm up with hot drinks and biscuits and learn about the reindeer.
