The tour company and the driver were on two separate pages with the pick up times and we had to scramble to get a taxi back to our cruise ship which was extremely stressful and costly as we had to pay 45 euros to a private driver. Do not book this tour

Rating this activity as a 3 Star due solely to the lack of communication from the company. They delivered no guidance or direction to help us figure out where to go and how to redeem our booking once dropped off at the beach. There were no instructions on the booking itself. At one point the lady even hung up on me while I was asking for directions and when our transportation would arrive to pick us up. That said, the transportation was amazing. Newer Mercedes vans which were very comfortable. The beach and the staff at the beach were absolutely wonderful. Beautiful water and even more stunning scenery. Overall a great trip, just not happy about the lack of communication.

My sister-in-law, also a frequent cruiser, ranked this as one of her all-time top excursions. If you are a beach fan, you’ll enjoy the fine sand, thick chair pad, wait staff, affordable food, and lovely water.

We opted to have a beach day on our cruise’s stop in Corfu. Our driver was easily identifiable waiting for us with a sign in the cruise terminal. We immediately were taken to a private van and driven directly to the beach club. The beach club is beautiful and there were several restaurants nearby to choose from. There are shower and changing room facilities as well. At the end of the day, our driver was waiting for us on time, and dropped us off in the old town so we could explore. Overall, we loved the experience and would highly recommend it.

There was a lot of confusion finding the tour from the cruise port. Once we figured out what car was taking us to the beach, it was an easy ride along some narrow roads. We were dropped off at the beach which was very crowded. It took awhile to get our chairs/ umbrella. There appeared to be no one in charge. When we were leaving I asked about the water that was included and no one knew what I was talking about. It was very disorganized.

The beach club and daybeds were very comfortable. We appreciated having showers available before our trip back to the ship. Drinks and food options were plentiful.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Transport was on time, both ways. The beach is absolutely stunning. Soft sand, gentle waves, incredible views.

We visited Corfu on Sept 13, as a stop on our MSC cruise. We only had a short time in port, and thought a few hours at a beach would be nice as we had been on the go for 10 days. This excursion was perfect, a nice break for us. The Travelco rep met us (6) at the cruise port and the shuttle van arrived promptly. We were a group of 6 and were the only ones on this excursion so it was private for us. Our driver, Dora, was a hoot. She was friendly and funny and made the 20 minute drive to the beach a pleasure. We got to the beach, checked in the the beach clud and were promptly given our beach beds, umbrella's and an ice bucket with cold water. The beach was wonderful, dark sand (which was hot), but it was the water of the Ionian Sea that was the star. Crystal clear and a shade of blue that was breathtaking. Clearest water I have ever seen. We spent a few hours on the beach and in the water. There was waiter service on the beach and a restaurant at the siite we took advantage of for some great food and drinks. Dora was at the beach on time to get us back to our ship in pleny of time. This was a special day that we will always remember. Would recommend it to anyone.

This was going to be a short excursion as our cruise ship was only in port for a short day and since we had spent so much time sightseeing, we felt (6 of us) that this would be a nice break. It was, and even more. We were met at the cruise port by the rep and a private van with a wonderful driver (Dora) took us to Glyfada Beach. We were given beach beds with umbrellas at a private beach club and were provided with ice and water. Waiter service was available for drinks and food which we took advantage of. The beach was beautiful with dark hot sand, but it was the water of the sea that made this so special. Crystal clear water. It was amazing. We swam, ate and drank and then promptly as promised, our driver Dora returned to take us back to our ship. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic beach break.
