Land Rover Akamas Blue Lagoon Jeep Safari

Absolutely loved our tour with Debbie. She made us feel so welcome, even collecting us closer to our villa in the hills so that we didn’t have to tackle parking in Paphos. She was so knowledgeable and made the children feel very special. She absolutely bossed the scary, clifftop tracks and made us feel safe. ώπα !! My son loved Lara and we were lucky enough to see some turtles in the surf. Highly recommended the ice cream at Baths of Aphrodite and taking swimming stuff for the blue lagoon. Ευχαριστούμε. Περάσαμε τόσο καλά!

The tour was great. We saw so so many beautiful sites. I would only suggest that the tour guide have a microphone. It’s hard to hear in the jeep with the windows open. Perfect amount of time at each spot. Be aware that it’s quite difficult to get down to the blue lagoon. But it’s worth it.

So, about this experience I am really glad to have it done, this was the easiest way to visit this amount of places in such period of time. The guide was super, he stopped every tree to show us the plants, knew exactly the best viewpoints, was nice and played jokes. The worst of the trip was unfortunately a group of 60+ women who went there expecting I don’t know what, but they were complaining every 10min on anything (even that the car is bouncing on 4x4 safari, lol), so if you’re in such vibe - this trip isn’t for you. Otherwise if you’re open for a new adventures, beautiful views, seeing Cyprus in it’s prime not just curorts with a bit of adrenaline, it’s totally for you!

Booked with a Lovely friendly lady Louise down by the harbour. We were picked up the next day on time outside our hotel. Our tour Guide Evros was absolutely great, fantastic sense of humour. Very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. Would definitely recommend this akamas excursion. Had a great day.

We booked our jeep safari day out from a lady selling tickets for boat trips and jeep safaris at Paphos harbour and she confirmed that we would be picked up and dropped back at our hotel in Paphos. We chose the Akamas excursion trip and we were the first pick up. Our driver Evros picked us up on time. There were just six guests on our day trip and Evros was a great guide. We all enjoyed a lovely lunch at a taverna (not included in the ticket price) and even made an unscheduled stop at a donkey sanctuary.

I booked this trip on my last day in Paphos, got a ticket. Start 2/01/26 at 8.00. I waited for half an hour, no one came. I called and they told me to apologise, the system failure. It was too late to look for other trips for that day. If you don't want to spoil your mood and vacation, don't book a trip with this company.

We were very disappointed and shocked with Debbie, our tour guide, who displayed racist and rude behavior throughout the experience. Rather than providing a neutral tour, she used the opportunity to express her personal judgments and opinions as if it were her political platform. During the tour, she verbally attacked passing tourists and rolled down the windows to shout at them with swear words, if she felt they weren't aligned with her beliefs. It's alarming for a tourist guide to lack the ability to embrace social diversity nor manage basic emotional control. It's particularly concerning when there are numerous complaints about her in the Getyourguide reviews and here and yet she still remains as a guide. This reflects in the protocols maintained by her company. When Debbie asked me and learned I am a lawyer, she made several snide comments regarding my profession, which I found unprofessional and unacceptable. If she has strong issues with the capitalistic perspective of the world, she may want to consider joining a political party that aligns with her beliefs, rather than bullying and annoying paying tourists who are there to enjoy their time. I would strongly advise tourists to check whether Debbie is the guide before joining this tour, if they do join this tour.

Worth it!! Guide is quick abd efficient. Explains well and answers questions. Great sense of humour. Recommend for sure!

We had a great day out with Evros who has a real sense of humour. We saw so many wonderful views and the walk up the gorge was fascinating. Really good optional lunch which Evros organised before we left Blue lagoon so we didn't have to wait long to eat. Recommended.

Bring a towel and costume as you can go swimming in the blue lagoon.Everyone in the group knew because they received a programme when they booked through another operator.I didn’t when I booked through Viator so I missed out on the swimming.
