Lake Michigan 30 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Schnellboot

I didn’t experience the event!!! We were here at 1:57 we had to stand in line. By the time we got up to the front the boat was leaving. We asked to be moved to the next time. We were told that we had to contact Viator! What a mess!!!! They claim they called the company and no one answered. So I went to the desk and let them talk to the supervisor. But she said she couldn’t do anything cause it was a third party. The supervisor asked her to repeat the number she called. It took four attempts to get the correct number due to her strong foreign accent. Once the supervisor received the number it wasn’t the correct direct number to call center to help us. I don’t live here anymore. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they had me on hold for almost a hour. It’s very frustrating! They need a better system or stop selling excursions for companies you have no direct access in order to prevent this from happening to other travelers in the future. I like using this company and have been using them a lot more lately but this is ridiculous and I won’t advice anyone to book with this company for this particular excursion in Chicago.

I had to re-purchase tickets and this app was zero help nor or were the proprietors. But the boat ride was excellent.

The ride was fun and was able to see the shoreline. Stop to take pictures and host was very entertaining.

The ride was great and the crew was awesome. We thought we were booking the thrill ride, and this was very calm. Depending on what you are looking for, this might be the right ride for you. I think there might have been another listing for the thrill ride.

The experience was awesome, weather was just right! We took the 5 o clock ride and the tour guide was great!

Not much of a thrill ride as advertised.

My son and I both had an excellent time!!! The tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area and the scenery was perfect!

The issue wasn’t the boat ride it was viator customer service that provide me with the wrong ticket I was provided with the wrong tickets are in the phone for over an hour I missed to boats ride to get a supervisor on the phone to state he cohere me that good therefore I informed Viator rep the supervisor I would just purchase tickets which was a higher rate and inconvenience and the supervisor confirmed he would just refund me for my Tickets and now after calling customer service they are saying they have to investigate and I have receipts for the same tickets on the correct Sea dog which was the same price so I don’t understand why this couldn’t have been taken are of immediately rather then me spending additional my for tickets I already brought and couldn’t use

This was for the Sea Dog trip but it didn't say that on ticket and we almost missed it because we thought it was a different company and had trouble finding it. Positive: the guide was knowledgeable and gave good information about Chicago. Negative: we got soaked and if we had known we would get wet, we would have chosen a different trip.
