I am so glad to have booked my Lake Elementaita Tour through Gracepatt. Sam gave me plenty of information and was always quick to respond. Our driver guide Martin looked after us amazingly the whole time and made the experience unforgettable. The rudest tour operator in Kenya—arrogant, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. When I raised concerns about their terrible service, they had the audacity to ask, ‘Why did you even come for a tour if you don’t like it?’ Imagine being forced to endure a ‘small group tour’ that turned out to be a solo nightmare with a rude driver in a car that can’t even charge a phone. And the cherry on top? They cancelled the trip halfway at 6:30 AM out of sheer arrogance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
