Wir zeigen Ihnen die Caretta-Caretta-Schildkröten aus nächster Nähe in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung in der Bucht von Laganas. Auf der einsamen Insel Marathonissi können Sie schwimmen und entspannen. Wir betreten die Meereshöhle mit dem Boot, umrunden das Kap Marathià, die berühmten Keri-Höhlen (Keri-Höhlen) und erreichen die herrliche Oasis-Bucht, um in ihrem türkisfarbenen Wasser zu baden. Sobald wir unser Boot besteigen, nähern wir uns gemeinsam den Caretta-Caretta-Schildkröten, etwa 10 Minuten Transfer Wir ermöglichen Ihnen, diese prächtigen Exemplare aus nächster Nähe zu sehen, Fotos und Videos zu machen und sie in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung zu bewundern.
Wir bringen Sie zur wunderschönen unbewohnten Insel Marathonissi. Wir machen einen Stopp von etwa 50 Minuten, wo Sie sich an einem feinen Sandstrand entspannen und in einem kristallklaren Meer mit unglaublichen Farben schwimmen und schnorcheln können.
Wir werden die Meereshöhle von Marathonissi besuchen, die mit dem Boot betreten wird, um schöne Fotos zu machen.
Kap Marathia Wir werden das Vorgebirge von Capo Marathia umrunden und die wunderschönen Keri-Höhlen (Keri-Höhlen) bewundern, die ungefähr 20 Minuten Fahrt dauern
Die Keri-Höhlen, die nur auf dem Seeweg mit privaten Booten oder durch Touristenausflüge zugänglich sind, entwickeln sich in der Nähe des Vorgebirges von Capo Marathia im Südwesten der Insel. Dieses Küstengebiet hat eine Vielzahl von Höhlen, viele mit einem Eingang, der gerade groß genug ist, um schwimmend hineinzukommen, andere groß genug, um direkt mit dem Boot erreicht zu werden.

We went to some sort of caves, only saw the outside, and didn't see any turtles in the swimming spot, which is a shame. The price is okay but I don't recommend it, pay more for another one
Please provide your full name and booking reference so we can verify your booking and what actually occurred. Turtle sightings are not guaranteed: they are wild animals in their natural habitat, not rubber turtles placed in the sea for tourists. You also state that the price was OK, making a 1-star rating difficult to reconcile with your own review.
We went on a guided tour in Laganas to see the sea turtles, but we were left with an embarrassing feeling that we had paid money for a tour where the sea turtles were clearly being chased around for the tourists’ sake. They surrounded the turtles in a circle of motorboats! You don’t have to be an expert to understand how cruel this is for the turtles, who clearly don’t know where to go or how to get away. This is not their natural behavior, and they are only there because they are being fed. I would not recommend anyone paying for this tour!! Please respect our animals! 🐢💔
The only truly beautiful thing about the excursion was the Keri Caves. After that, we spent an hour on the island of Marathonissi, practically packed together with a crowd of tourists, all arrived with the numerous boats that offer the exact same tourist tour. We then took another boat excursion to the north of the island, which was definitely more beautiful and evocative. In my opinion, it is much more worth choosing that one.

Ad agosto, purtroppo, Marathonisi è una delle località più visitate di Zante e la presenza di numerose imbarcazioni e turisti è una realtà inevitabile dell’alta stagione, non qualcosa che dipende dall’organizzazione della nostra escursione. La sosta prevista a Marathonisi è inoltre chiaramente indicata nel programma come circa 50 minuti/1 ora, quindi sinceramente non comprendiamo lo stupore relativo alla durata della permanenza sull’isola. Siamo comunque lieti che abbia apprezzato le Keri Caves. Per quanto riguarda il confronto con un’escursione nel nord dell’isola, si tratta semplicemente di due esperienze e due itinerari completamente diversi: preferire l’uno all’altro è naturalmente una questione di gusto personale. Registration at the beach was super unfriendly and very intrusive. The man on the boat was nice. We saw a sea turtle at the beginning. At the 1st stop, 50 minutes of swimming were planned. This turned into 1h 30 min, so we didn't have more than 10 minutes to swim at the 2nd stop. No bathroom breaks provided.

We were lucky enough to spot the famous Caretta Caretta turtles, visit the beautiful Marathonisi (aka Turtle Island), and explore the stunning Keri Caves. Crystal-clear water, incredible scenery, and plenty of moments where we seriously considered never going back home. But the real star of the day deserves a special mention: Captain Thanos! He handled the boat like an absolute legend — smooth, confident, and making every turn look ridiculously easy. If there were a Formula 1 championship for boats, we’d put our money on him.
So enjoyable & relaxed tour.We enjoyed the the turtles at the bottom of the sea and the swimming at the beaches. The crew member was so polite and approachable with further information.
We didn’t get to go on the trip because we couldn’t find it! Arrived at Laganas 30 minutes early but didn’t go from where all the big boats go from. We were told it was all the way round the other side of the bay. We then drove 10 minutes to the other side & couldn’t find parking for ages. When we got to the beach there was no sign of any big boats. By this time it had just passed departure time so spent the morning on the beach. Very disappointing for the family & a waste of money. Better directions or pin drop needed.
This review is both misleading and unacceptable. The tour **departed normally and on time**, and all the other guests were able to find the meeting point and join the trip without any issue. The meeting point and directions were clearly provided in the booking information. The reviewer admits that, despite arriving in Laganas early, they **went to the wrong location**, then drove elsewhere, spent time looking for parking and ultimately failed to reach the correct meeting point before departure. None of this was caused by the tour operator. The boat was there. The tour operated as scheduled. The other passengers found the meeting point. **This customer did not.** It is therefore completely unreasonable to blame us for their own failure to follow the provided meeting instructions. The family may understandably be disappointed about missing the excursion, but responsibility for that disappointment cannot simply be transferred to the operator. Furthermore, having **never participated in the tour**, the reviewer is not in a position to judge the service or the experience that was actually provided. Great trip, checked all of the boxes as expecting. We spotted a sea turtle, saw the caves and had a great swim at an amazing location
We had fun, but I wouldn’t do it again. Yes, we did see a wild loggerhead turtle. It an impossible to miss the poor things because every boat in the Bay will head in the same direction as soon as their is a sighting and surround it. I’m sure I read that this tour was eco-friendly. But there is little effort to give the turtles any space. But the worse thing was the sheer amount of litter, everywhere. We stopped at ‘Turtle Island’ - which is a lovely beach, and they have ripped off the part where turtles lay eggs. But there are no bins, so all the groups of tourists (and there were hundreds) just pile up their litter- plastic everywhere and blowing into the sea. Can’t some of the money from these tourists go towards bins and a decent effort for cleaning the place up. Our boat driver was nice, and we had a look at the caves and an opportunity to jump in the crystal clear water. It’s just the litter and no apparent effort to care for the turtles which I found difficult.
