Eric was a wonderful guide. Boat was lovely, definitely on the quaint side against some of the more modern ‘Insta’ type boats which we knew on advance of booking and wanted more of a low key cruise. Food and accommodation excellent with great prices onboard for drinks. Beware Tourist Trap stops on way, check your receipt, we ended up being scammed over 1.5 mn Dong for a couple of packets of crisps, some water, cookies and a bar of chocolate!!
Had an excellent experience with this tour. Our family had a well paced and enjoyable schedule. Staff on the ship were generous with their time and hospitality. Hung was a standout as our tour guide. Thank you Hung and team!

We had a wonderful experience from the minute we were picked up from our Hanoi hotel. Our guide Victor was excellent and very helpful in helping me as I had reduced mobility. He also helped with a problem with lost luggage. He was super friendly informative and answered all our questions.The boat crew were also very pleasant and helpful at all times.

Fanatic trip. We did everything that was promised, kayaking and a swim and visit to a cave by rowing boat. The views of the limestone cliffs were spectacular and our guide Victor was so kind to my elderly mother, making sure she was well looked after. The food was delicious, cabins clean, on time and punctual service and lovely crew. We even had a sunset cooking class on the top deck where we learnt how to make spring rolls. Thanks Victor for a memorable birthday, they even made a cake! I highly recommend the trip. 🎂
