La Leona Wasserfall Führung + Transport

Beschreibung

Such a beautiful experience. Igachio was very knowledgeable, and also a fantastic photographer. I am so glad that me and my partner went on this tour. Highly recommend. Other reviews I read led me to believe this would be a more physically difficult hike than it actually was. As long as you are in relatively alright shape, it is not a very difficult hike. What it does offer is a serene peaceful look at a gorgeous waterfall.
We had a wonderful hike to the falls. It is a bit challenging with the rocks, steps, swimming a bit and climbing the metal steps just before the falls. I loved all of it! Our guides, Manny and Nacho were great…especially Manny who explained the area, he was very patient, calming through the tricky parts, and made sure we were all safe. Highly recommend him and this tour!
We were picked up at our hotel early on time and driven about 45 minutes with no traffic to a location where we then switch cars to an off-road vehicle. We wrote about 20 minutes and then we were able to use restrooms before we started the hike into La Leona. It was gorgeous. A Very very fun family day!
Great and memorable experience be ready to get your stuff wet so pack your stuff in a dry bag. Enjoy!
This was so fun! The hike is technical a lot of slippery rocks so tennis shoes with good traction is a must and being able to have your hands free. It was breathtakingly beautiful. My family loved it and I’m so glad we did it. The ages were between 21-50
Freddy was an awesome tour guide. Water is pretty cold, the hike is not bad but definitely not for someone who doesn’t exercise.
The whole experience was great! Hernan our driver was amazing! He shared a lot of his knowledge of Costa Rica on the drive and was very friendly. Nacho, the guide was also amazing. Very friendly and super helpful on the more difficult parts of the trail. Not a very difficult hike but technical in some areas. All worth it for the payoff at the end!
This was such a fun experience for the whole family. Our driver was so great and we enjoyed the drop off point for lunch. Thecar was also super nice and our driver navigated the traffic so professionally. Also, we had nacho as our guide which we absolutely loved. Though the hike was tough at times he was there cheering us on and supporting us. Overall, I could not have asked for a better day.
Absolutely amazing! Our tour guide Nacho was very knowledgeable and patient when helping when needed. The waterfall was beautiful and the hike was very doable for able-bodied people of all ages. This was a 10/10 and highly recommend for anyone wanting an active swimming/hiking experience :)
Anthony was amazing!! On the way to the waterfall we stopped safely on the side of the road to see monkeys and on the way back to Tamarindo he took us to a beautiful restaurant in Liberia. Anthony told us facts and stories about Costa Rica as well, he loves he country!
