Dieser Ausflug wurde für Reisende konzipiert, die La Gomera auf eine authentischere, komfortablere und persönlichere Weise entdecken möchten, abseits der überfüllten Routen großer Busse. Der Besuch findet in einer kleinen Gruppe mit maximal 18 Personen statt und wird in der Regel von einem offiziellen, von der Regierung der Kanarischen Inseln akkreditierten Reiseführer geleitet, der über umfangreiche Erfahrung und profunde Kenntnisse der Inseln verfügt. Die Route beschränkt sich nicht auf die üblichen kommerziellen Haltestellen. Während der Tour besuchen Sie Aussichtspunkte, den Garajonay-Nationalpark, ländliche Gebiete, traditionelle Dörfer wie El Cercado oder Chipude sowie Orte, an denen Sie die Kultur von La Gomera, ihre Landschaften, ihr altes Handwerk und Traditionen wie das Silbo Gomero (die Gomera-Pfeifsprache) besser kennenlernen können. Ziel ist es, dass der Reisende La Gomera nicht nur "sieht", sondern sie wirklich versteht und erlebt.

Abfahrt vom Hafen von San Sebastián de La Gomera in Richtung Roque de Agando.
Wir werden das Gebiet des Felsenmonuments bewundern, wo das Wahrzeichen der Roque de Agando ist. Eine 1250 Meter hohe phonolitische Pythonschlange, die sich durch ihre Größe und Form auszeichnet.
Halten Sie auf dem Hauptplatz an, um die Kirche von La Candelaria zu besuchen, und machen Sie eine Pause, um ein typisches Produkt von La Gomera zu probieren. Dann bewundern wir die Festung, heute ein Naturdenkmal.

In dieser bezaubernden Ecke des Garajonay-Nationalparks wandern wir auf einem Weg, der es uns ermöglicht, das faszinierende Ökosystem des Lorbeerwaldes zu genießen. Bei Ihrer Ankunft im Restaurant haben Sie Zeit, das typische Essen der Insel zu probieren und der Gomero-Pfeife zu lauschen, der Landessprache, die zum Weltkulturerbe erklärt wurde.
Im neuen Besucherzentrum, das Ende August 2024 eröffnet wird, haben sie die Möglichkeit, in die reiche Geschichte und Natur der Insel einzutauchen. Sie können das geologische Zeitalter von La Gomera erkunden und außerdem die berühmten Gomera-Kekse kaufen und probieren. Wer sich ein wenig die Beine vertreten möchte, findet oberhalb des Zentrums einen Aussichtspunkt, von dem aus man das beeindruckende Grün des Nationalparks bewundern kann.
Freizeit, um die Altstadt der Hauptstadt der kolumbianischen Insel und den Turm des Grafen, das älteste Militärgebäude im gesamten Atlantik, zu besichtigen und dann zur Fähre zurückzukehren

Am Tag vor dem Ausflug werden wir Sie telefonisch kontaktieren, um den Treffpunkt und die Uhrzeit für den Abholservice abzustimmen. Sollten wir keine Antwort erhalten, können wir den Abholservice nicht anbieten. Am Tag des Ausflugs müssen Sie sich um 9 Uhr morgens im Büro von Fred Olsen im Hafen von Los Cristianos einfinden, um den Reiseleiter zu treffen. Wenn die Buchung innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor dem Ausflug erfolgt, wird kein Abholservice angeboten. Daher müssen Sie sich am Tag des Ausflugs um 9 Uhr morgens im Büro von Fred Olsen im Hafen von Los Cristianos einfinden, um den Reiseleiter zu treffen. Wenn Sie dem Boarding Ihren Ausweis nicht vorlegen, wird Ihnen kein Geld zurückerstattet. Abholungen erfolgen nur im Süden Teneriffas (von La Caleta bis Las Americas). Sollten Sie eine Abholung außerhalb dieses Gebiets wünschen, fallen zusätzliche Kosten an.

This was a wonderful way to see La Gomera. The group today was only small (4 of us + guide), the transport was very comfortable & our guide Basso was excellent. Basso was very knowledgeable as to how the island & its stunning scenery were formed. The different levels of ecological environments were well explained & how the people of La Gomera are endeavouring to maintain it. Lunch wasn’t provided but a stop at a small restaurant in the National Park was on the itinerary. Prices were not expensive & the food was good. You could try some local dishes if you were adventurous. The itinerary was varied & comfort stops had been planned in. The weather was fantastic - clear blue skies so you could see El Hierro, La Palma & Teide on Tenerife clearly. Basso was a little disappointed with it as with it being so good as we couldn’t really see why the environments had developed as they have. We thoroughly enjoyed our snapshot of La Gomera.
A more private trip away from tourist traps and crowds. A relaxed way to see the life of the villages in La Gomera. Basso was a great guide, explaining everything at a gentle pace.

The tour itself was very good. The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. The flora, fauna and general scenery were amazing. Our only complaint was with getting to the start of the tour. We were not on the hotel pick-up list and the directions link to the office were we were to meet the group took us to an empty lot several kilometers away from the actual ferry. While we left ourselves plenty of time to get there, by the time we could contact the tour operator and get proper directions we almost missed the ferry - literally 2 minutes to spare.

The tour is a good way to see La Gomera in a day and the guide was knowledgeable. We thought the description of the tour being a "VIP" tour was a bit misleading and the maximum number of passengers was exceeded (there were 25 people on our tour). Given the amount of people the tour was slow and because we were the last table to be served at the restaurant we missed out on getting to do one of the walks. Would have been a good tour with less people.

Really loved this tour! La Gomera is a such a beautiful island with rich traditions and history. The scenery and views are just breathtaking! Our tour guide Basso made our trip not only fun but also very educational. Our small group of 6 spoke 3 different languages and he still managed to take time and engage every single one of us throughout the day. I especially enjoyed the demonstration of the local “whistle language’ (Silbo Gomero) - by Oscar and Basso - on our lunch stop at a restaurant in the national park! That was super fun! Loved this trip! We were picked up from our hotel and taken to Los Christianos to catch the Fred Olson over to La Gomera - a fab trip around the island expertly narrated by Bassos. We had a fab fab day! Stunning views of Teide! Definitely worth taking layers of clothing because it gets colder as you get higher up the island! Breathtaking scenery :)

We booked this tour via Get Your Guide but the tour was actually delivered by Get Holiday. We were picked up by Basso just around the corner from our hotel in Costa Adeje. Everything ran smoothly from our pickup to our return to our hotel. We were in a small group of just 9 people. Basso was our guide throughout the day. He arranged everything from purchasing the ferry tickets and getting us to our mini bus at La Gomera and back. The mini bus was a comfortable 18 seater version and our driver was excellent. We did not have to do a thing other than relax and listen to Basso providing a running commentary throughout the tour. Basso was very enthusiastic about the island of La Gomera and the Canary Islands generally. His knowledge of both was very impressive and was delivered in a very relaxed manner. The views were fantastic. We were lucky to have a very clear day. It was not until late afternoon that we encountered some cloudy weather. On route we dropped off at some interesting places that gave you an insight to life on the island even to today. This is an excellent private small group tour. We would highly recommend it and Basso helped make the tour very special and memorable.

The tour guide was good and very knowledgeable. The tour itself just wasn't terribly interesting. It essentially was just a drive through of the island. I thing for people that just want to stay on the bus most of the time to see scenery from a very hot bus will enjoy it, but otherwise it just wasn't great. Many other amazing activities are available and Id choos them.
