Definitely a trip highlight, we did both the knife crafting and Kitsugi both were so much fun. Mariz, Will and Malu were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend

Mariz and Ash were amazing. We learned a lot about sharpening knives and the history of knives in Japan. It was a lot of fun and they were very funny. Highly recommend!
