Die Sitzung beginnt mit einer klaren und aufschlussreichen Einführung in den kulturellen Hintergrund und die Philosophie der Teezeremonie. Sie werden dann eine Vorführung des Gastgebers beobachten, bei der jede Bewegung mit Sorgfalt, Präzision und Absicht ausgeführt wird. Danach bereiten Sie Ihr eigenes Matcha zu, Schritt für Schritt geführt. Am Ende der Erfahrung werden Sie nicht nur wissen, wie man Matcha macht, sondern auch ein tieferes Verständnis der Japanischen Kultur erlangen – und ein Gefühl der Ruhe erleben. Diese Erfahrung ist ein ideales Erlebnis für diejenigen, die etwas Sinnvolleres suchen als nur eine typische touristische Aktivität. 2 Schüsseln Matcha (eine vom Gastgeber, eine von Ihnen oder mit einem Begleiter) und traditionelle Japanische Süßigkeiten der Saison sind enthalten. Günstig gelegen, nur 5 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Karasuma Oike entfernt. Sie können das Erlebnis auch zu Hause fortsetzen – Matcha für sich selbst oder für jemanden Besonderen zubereiten – indem Sie sorgfältig ausgewählte Teeschalen und Matcha verwenden, die Sie am Veranstaltungsort kaufen können.

We have been to Kyoto 5 times, family from the United States and by far this was the best learning experience for tea making and learning the tea culture. It was a beautiful ceremony and our children, ages 6 and 8, loved it and got to participate. Perfect right amount of time associated for kids this age and adults. We highly recommend this tea experience.

The ceremony is more than just matcha. It's about understanding the philosophy behind. The tea master has also explained the history before the ceremony developed to what we see nowadays. I chose to absorb the whole ceremony in my mind instead of photos. The experience is not something replaceable.
