Die Legende besagt, dass Amirani wie Prometheus die Götter verärgerte und brutal bestraft wurde. Der Adler quälte ihn, fraß seine Leber; Im Gegensatz zum griechischen Riesen wurden grausame Götter jedoch angekettet. Amirani, nicht auf den Felsen, sondern in eine riesige Höhle. Der Khvamli-Berg ist von der Prometheus-Höhle aus sichtbar, wo Prometheus der Legende nach angekettet war. Spektakuläre Ausblicke auf Stalaktiten, Stalagmiten, versteinerte Wasserfälle, unterirdische Flüsse und Höhlenseen. Die Höhle hat bunte Lichter, die von orangerot bis rosa und blau reichen.

Amazing Amazing tour guide, comfortable transport and really great vibes. Ana handled us with energy and enthusiasm the entire 10 hours of the tour. had an amazing time visiting the canyons and caves and she and her driver made the transport very seamless and easy going

Ana was an amazing host to have for the day. Very jovial, and excited to share something about every place that we went too. The drive is long, but the views are nice. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to go on a boat ride, but being by the waterfall felt special. My true highlight was visiting Katusi and getting to see the old capital of the Colchis, where the golden fleece from greek mythology was said to originate from

Long day driving, but good trip. My favorite part was the cave walk through. I skipped the zipline. My guide was Nicolaus. My driver was safe.
