Vom Trainer: 07:30 Uhr. Checken Sie im River City Shopping Complex – Sipraya Pier ein 08:00 Uhr. Abfahrt von Bangkok mit einem klimatisierten Reisebus in die Provinz Ayutthaya. 09:15 Uhr. Ankunft in Ayutthaya, der antiken Weltkulturerbestadt. Ehemalige Hauptstadt Thailands (1350–1767 v. Chr.). Ayutthaya wurde am 13. Dezember 1991 zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe erklärt.
Einer der erstaunlichsten Buddha-Kopfe befindet sich in der Wurzel des Bodhi-Baums. Außerdem war es das königliche Kloster und diente in der frühen Ayutthaya-Zeit als Residenz des höchsten Mönchs.
Der größte und wichtigste Tempel auf dem königlichen Palastgelände in Ayutthaya und auch der Prototyp des Großen Palastes und Tempels des Smaragd-Buddha in Bangkok.
Liegt neben WAT PHRA SRI SANPHET. Es gibt eine große bronzene Buddha-Statue, die ursprünglich im offenen Bereich außerhalb des königlichen Klosters aufgestellt und später von dieser Kapelle abgedeckt wurde.
Es wird angenommen, dass es in der mittleren Phase der Ayutthaya-Ära erbaut wurde. Es wird auch angenommen, dass ein Pantheon gebaut wurde, um das Buddha-Bild zu beherbergen, aber das Pantheon wurde zerstört. Das Buddha-Bild wurde viele Male renoviert, insbesondere in den Jahren 1954 und 1989 n. Chr., bis das Buddha-Bild vollkommen schön aussah.
Per Kreuzfahrt: 13:00 Uhr. Willkommen an Bord des Grand Pearl Cruiser in WAT CHONG LOM (Provinz Pathum Thani) für die Rückfahrt nach Bangkok entlang des Flusses Chao Praya. Es wird ein hervorragendes Mittagsbuffet serviert, das eine köstliche Auswahl an orientalischen und westlichen Gerichten umfasst. Die Kreuzfahrt führt am Nonthaburi-Pier, Koh Kret (Mons Gemeinde) und lokalen thailändischen Dörfern vorbei. 15:00 Uhr. In der Kaffeepause genießen Sie die bezaubernden Sehenswürdigkeiten entlang der Flussufer wie das Royal Barges House, die Thammasart-Universität, den Royal Grand Palace, Wat Arun (Tempel der Morgenröte) usw. 16:00 Uhr. Ankunft am River City Pier Shopping Complex.

Don't use Viatour, check who runs activity then go to them direct, Eg Viatour confirmed this tour, sent E-ticket, then at 9.00pm night prior got msg from operator saying activity did not run on day booked. (Next day just got msg from Vuatour askkng for review even though cancelled). Cancellation messed our plans up completely and not the first time with Viatour, now use GetYourGuide whenever we can. Operator allowed switch to another day. In the event rated tour 3 out of 5, fairly good coach, ok but not brilliant guide, Boat was absolutely nothing like the one in the picture, buffet was ok at best, to call boat trip "return by biat" a joke, boarding point was 2/3 of way back to Bangkok! Was long enough on boat though

Very Nice tour with a visit to 3 historical temples of Ayuthaya and a very amazing Cruise back to Bangkok on the famous Chao Praya river with excellent lunch
