Das ist großes Zeug – der eigentliche Geburtsort des Angkor-Imperiums. Unser letzter Halt führt uns zu einem der faszinierendsten schwimmenden Dörfer Kambodschas. - Ende März bis Ende Juni ist in allen schwimmenden Dörfern in Siem Reap eine entscheidende Zeit, da der Wasserstand zu sinken beginnt und Touristen eine einzigartige Gelegenheit bietet, eine neue Perspektive zu erleben. Obwohl die malerische Landschaft der schwimmenden Gemeinde in dieser Zeit möglicherweise etwas von ihrem Charme verliert, haben Besucher die Möglichkeit, in das tägliche Leben der Dorfbewohner in der Trockenzeit einzutauchen. Our guide - Mr Sam - was great! We saw some really interesting strong carvings in the river and he explained the story behind them. The food at the waterfall was lovely and we had a really good amount of time at both the waterfall and the cliff. It was nice to be able to explore and have some free time without the pressure or someone rushing you. Great tour!!

Mr. Kim was a great guide with an amazing sense of humour! Highly recommend this tour if you want to get immersed in cambodian history, culture and way of life for the locals. We wanted a day trip that combined the nature of Siem Reap and a floating village and we got so much more! The tour is perfect if you want to see many landmarks, and do not have time- it is busy but not too much, and Sam- our guide for the tour- was very good in finding the right balance between keep moving and explain and let us enjoy. Swimming and lunch at the waterfalls is amazing (there is a paying facility to get change, which I appreciated). We went in the dry season and the website was very transparent on how the lake would be, so expencations were managed and we enjoyed. Would do it again!
