Die Muscheltour ist ein einzigartiges lokales Erlebnis, bei dem Sie unsere Königin treffen, die berühmte blaue Muschel des Butrint-Sees. Die Reise beginnt auf einem traditionellen Boot und hält zuerst an Muschelfarmen. Der Prozess der Muschelzucht wird erklärt und wir nehmen einige frische Muscheln direkt von der Farm, der nächste Halt wird im Restaurant sein, aber bevor wir dort sind, wird ein wenig in den Trennungsprozess einbezogen. Jeder von uns wird Handschuhe tragen und anfangen, die Königinnen zu trennen. Arbeit, Segeln und Meditation für 15 Minuten sind für jeden Gast optional. Danach segeln Sie zu einem anderen Teil des Nationalparks von Butrint, einem lokalen und idyllischen Restaurant, in dem zwei Arten von Muschelgerichten in Olivenöl, Zitrone und Petersilie zubereitet werden, begleitet von lokalem Weißwein, frischem Gemüse, hausgemachtem Brot, und Wasser für jeden wird die Tabelle vervollständigen. Nationalpark von Butrint. Wir beginnen die Tour am Eingang der antiken Stadt Butrint am Viavari-Kanal (11:00 Uhr) auf traditionellen Motorbooten mit einer Kapazität von 8 + 2 (Führer und Kapitän). Segeln Sie zu Muschelbänken, Betonstruktur, wo wir Muscheln kultivieren, 10 Minuten Segeln. Um 11:10 Uhr erreichen wir die Muschelbänke, halten hier zuerst an, parken das Boot und bleiben auf dem Boot, während wir den Prozess der Muschelzucht genießen, der von unserem lokalen Führer erklärt wird. Bleiben Sie hier etwa 20 Minuten. Während dieser Zeit werden wir Handschuhe tragen und mit der Arbeit beginnen, wie es Muschelzüchter tun, Arbeit und Meditation werden sein.
Um 11:30 Uhr fangen wir wieder an zu segeln, dieses Mal geht unsere Richtung nach Kalivoi, der Heimat der "reichen Männer" im alten Rom, Teil des Nationalparks von Butrint, wo sich ein nettes lokales Restaurant in der Nähe des Sees befindet. 15 Minuten segeln. Um 11:45 landen wir im Restaurant und beginnen mit der Zubereitung der Muscheln, die wir auf Muschelbänken genommen haben. Genießen Sie das Mittagessen mit drei Arten von Muschelgerichten, frischem Gemüse, hausgemachtem Brot, begleitet von lokalem Weißwein und Wasser für jedes. Im Restaurant bleiben wir eine Stunde, manchmal auch länger.
Um 12:45 segeln wir zurück zum Eingang von Butrint. Diese Zeit ist perfekt, um dieses Erlebnis mit einem gleichzeitigen Besuch der antiken Stadt Butrint zu verbinden

Terrible, they canceled on us twice and also just minutes before starting. We organized two days of vacation around this activity and they notify us at the last hour (literally, we returned from a beach 2 hours away for this activity and they notify us when we are at the apartment already prepared to go). They canceled the first time and ask us to reorganize it ourselves, when the activity stated it was completely full until Saturday. Even so, I book it again for Saturday. I am the one who asks if it is going to take place in the morning since they do not tell me anything, and my surprise is that they tell me no again, but if I hadn't asked, they wouldn't even notify you. I find it incredible that you come on vacation for 5 days and organize your day around certain activities and these people cancel it on you at the last minute, as if you had time to spare. To this day, I still do not have the refund of the money for the payments I made (€214), neither of them. Honestly, I am not going to recommend it to anyone and, of course, a very bad experience with this tour operator; booking with them is a risk that you will end up with no plans at all. We are leaving tomorrow, so we are left with nothing to do. So, any Spaniard who comes should know what to expect.
This was a fantastic experience! Soraldo Nebo was our guide. He and Captain Dajko gave really great and interesting explanation on the whole process of mussel farming. The food was the highlight of the tour. Every dish was incredible, the salad was fresh and the wine was very tasty. I would highly recommend this tour especially at sunset. The area is gorgeous.
Due to the season, there were no mussels to pick, wash and eat so the experience was very limited…We had a small tour by boat and then ate on the beach and this ended up to be a very expensive dinner for what was offered. We also add that the tour started an hour later than planned, we were informed in advance but still was a bit inconvenient for our plans…and the boat almost left without us despite being there 30min earlier…so overall not a great afternoon. A bit disappointing given the high reviews we read.

It is not a sailing tour as described. If you go to a restaurant to eat mussels, it is cheaper. A little was said about mussels.
Hi dear, On the mussel tour we sail on traditional wooden boat, like on prescription. We haven't mentione "sailing boat" if I understood correctly from translation. Normaly when our guests feel that is shared not enough information they do ask and interact. Do not let thinks get lost. The last is about the mussel dishes, you cannot find in all the region mussel dishes that we prepare at mussel tour, especially: grilled mussel on the wood and raw ones. The Mussel Tour was absolutely incredible. My trip to Albania has been amazing, and this has been the best excursion I've experienced here. The captain was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and personable, making the entire experience unforgettable. I can't wait to visit the restaurant and see the captain again next year. A nice ride in a bun, where one gets an explanation of the breeding Afterward, one goes to the nearby restaurant and can try three different, very delicious shellfish dishes
