Diese Tour führt Sie auch vorbei an den Flamingos und Pink Salt Seen in Walvis Bay. Es wird ein wenig Zeit Shopping geben.

Das Hohenzollernhaus ist ein historisches Wahrzeichen im Herzen von Swakopmund, Namibia. Dieses beeindruckende Gebäude, das eine Mischung aus deutscher Kolonialarchitektur und lokalen Einflüssen zeigt, ist ein Muss für jeden Geschichtsliebhaber oder Reisenden, der das einzigartige kulturelle Erbe der Region verstehen möchte. Das Hohenzollernhaus, ursprünglich im späten 19. Jahrhundert erbaut, hat die Entwicklung Swakopmunds von einer geschäftigen Hafenstadt zu einem pulsierenden Touristenziel miterlebt. Sein aufwendiges Design und seine charmanten Fassaden machen es zu einem beliebten Ort für Fotografie, an dem Besucher das Wesen dieser Küstenstadt einfangen können.
Der Swakopmund Jetty ist eine historische, 245 Meter lange Holzkonstruktion, die sich bis in den Atlantik erstreckt und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt bietet und ein beliebter Ort für Fischer, Fotografen und diejenigen ist, die einen malerischen Spaziergang suchen
Das historische Woermannhaus ist mit seiner Fassade und dem in Grün und Gold vergitterten Turm im deutschen Stil eine Swakopmunder Ikone, die zu den ältesten Gebäuden der Stadt zählt. Heute beherbergt dieses nationale Wahrzeichen eine öffentliche Bibliothek und ein Kunstzentrum
Hier sehen Sie Hunderte von rosa Flamingos, die im flachen Wasser waten und sich mit ihren leuchtenden Farben von der blauen Lagune abheben. Das malerische Watt zieht auch andere Vogelarten wie Pelikane und Kormorane an.
Wir passieren Dune 7 nahe Walvis Bay. Leider erklimmen wir die Düne nicht, wir haben nur Zeit, sie zu betrachten. Wir fahren dann zu den Flamingos und den rosa Salzseen

Wir treffen Sie in unserem Wüstendünen- und Staubtouren Gazebo am Eingang des Hafens auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff, wir werden im Hafen mit Namenstafeln stehen. Bitte beachten Sie alle Kreuzfahrtpassagiere. Wir stehen im Hafen nach dem ersten Tor mit einem Pavillon, der unser Logo trägt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Ihr Fortgeschrittener auch mit einer Namenstafel steht. Bitte beachten Sie alle Cruise Liner Passagiere, Ihre Tour Abholzeit beginnt eine STUNDE nach dem Anlegen. EGAL ZU WELCHER ZEIT DU ANDOCKST. Die Tour startet spätestens anderthalb Stunden nach der Pick-Zeit. Späte Besucher gelten als No Show.

The tour was very good and Andrew our guide was very informative and friendly. He went out of his way to ensure we had a good tour. He had to wait as there was a delay getting off the ship but this was no problem.

A personal tour with another couple and the guide. Interesting journey to the town on excellent roads through dunes area. The town has some fascinating old buildings and also a surprising number of luxury shops. On the way back we visited the salt pans and saw flamingos in the distance and a couple of pelicans by the side of the road. The guide was very informative and personable.

Riaan our tour guide was amazing- friendly, insightful and generous with his humour and attention. He made the tour our highlight of visiting Namibia. Swakopmund is an interesting place, with German architecture and culture overlaid with modern Namibian life. The dunes, flamingoes and beautiful water setting were also great to see. There are few places like it in the world and it is well worth a visit. Can highly recommend this tour!

Exceptional tour Ludwig was a great guide. His English was quite good explained a lot of things as we drove, was able to make personalized stops. Return to the ship at the time specified if we’re here on another cruise, we would gladly take the same tour.

This was a very good experience if you want to learn about Namibia and get a brief overview of what is around Walvis Bay. The pick up at the cruise terminal was a little muddled as the guide we had been told to look out for wasn't the one we went with. We started off with another guide, changed and were then told we were doing a different tour. However, on a further check, this was rectified and we were really happy with the tour. Vincent is a wonderful young man who is passionate about his hometown and is a great ambassador for Namibia. We had a fabulous few hours and were very fortunate with our travelling companions.
