Das ländliche Zypern ist auf dieser Whistle-Stop-Tour immer zur Hand. Der Morgen beginnt mit einem ersten Stopp in Petra tou Romiou für Fotos (nur für Gäste aus der Stadt Paphos verfügbar). Aphrodites mythischer Geburtsort "Petra tou Romiou" ist eine interessante geologische Formation riesiger Felsen entlang einer der schönsten Küsten der Insel. Anschließend besuchen Sie Kourion - eine der beeindruckendsten archäologischen Stätten der Insel. Es ist klassisch griechisch-römisch mit einem Halbmond von Sitzen mit Blick auf das Meer. Kolossi Castle ist die nächste Station. Diese Burg aus der Zeit der Kreuzfahrer ist von blühenden Pflanzen und einem hübschen Innenhof umgeben. Steigen Sie wieder in den klimatisierten Bus und fahren Sie zum Dorf Fini, wo das Mittagessen in einer örtlichen Taverne serviert wird. Nächster Halt ist das Bergdorf Omodos, wo Sie einen geführten Spaziergang durch das Dorf machen. Zuletzt haben Sie die Möglichkeit, traditionellen Zypernwein in einem lokalen Weingut zu probieren, bevor Sie zu den Resorts zurückkehren.

Sie besuchen auch das „Haus der Eustolios“, das ursprünglich eine Privatvilla war, die in der frühchristlichen Zeit zu einem öffentlichen Erholungszentrum umgebaut wurde.

It was ok. View point of aphrodite’s rock, viewing of archeological site, a visit to village & unused monastery, good lunch. There really was no interaction from guide - given info but nothing more.
Do not trust this company. We received numerous emails regarding the pickup, and including what the app said. This was incorrect information. When the bus did not pick us up we were told that we had received an email a month before saying a different pick up location which we did not get. Despite the app and every email saying one pick up location they have refused to give us a refund and will not answer why. There are much more trustworthy companies
Fabulous excursion, with a very knowledgeable and engaging guide, and a safe driver (the two Chris'). Enjoyed every segment of the trip. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed all aspects of the day and the various stops included. The guide gave an excellent overview and potted histories of Cyprus and the places we visited. As we were first pick-up and last drop off, it did make it quite a long day ( about 9.5 hours in total ). This was the only real downside to the day. The meal was delicious although wine wasn't great. Ruins and Amphitheatre were well worth seeing. Village pretty and not too bustling. Vineyard was very informative with nice wines to taste and buy. And then a history lesson to top it off on the way home from the guide, Chris. Not to mention our driver Nacho was fantastic.

Picked up at 8.40am from the hotel. Not until 10:30 first stop. Barely half an hour from the bus. Back half an hour on the bus. Quick off for a picture and back on the bus. Back half an hour drive. Half an hour stop at the crypts. Back on the bus. 2am in Paphos. No free time! Back on the bus towards hotel 3h30! Back at hotel at 7pm. Not recommended! Not worth money!
