Just to clarify, during the class each guest makes 2 Pastéis de Nata, so 4 for two people is the normal quantity included in the experience. The idea of the class is to learn the process and techniques so you can then recreate them at home. The recipe we send after the class is adapted for home baking and makes around 30 Pastéis de Nata. Of course, you can reduce the quantities if you would like to make a smaller batch. Thank you as well for mentioning the differences you noticed between the class and the recipe.
