Kolosseum, Forum Romanum & Palatin Hill Besuch mit Audioguide App

Cancelled because it was closed on the date we booked our tour. We hope to get a refund on our tour costs.

Colosseum was closed do to accident. My heart goes out to family and friends of that man. Safety first.

Unfortunately we were able to attend the Colluseum due to a tragic accident. We received zero communication that an incident occurred and we wouldn't be able to do the tour & didn't find out until we attended. Tour operator provided no updates until I messaged at which point I was told I would be refunded that 2 days ago & so far nothing. I've followed up & still have been given no information or timeline for my refund.

This is an audio only tour and there was no one there to help us set it up. We had to get a different tour guide from a different company help us. There is no one at the meeting point no instructions as how to start or run the tour or where to go.

I was in awe with the Colosseum and Forum, they were magnificent! As expected it was quite crowded in places, but the one way system works well, with plenty of opportunities for taking photos, having a seat and taking everything in. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because I couldn't lock my phone and put it in my bag to listen, and any time I did it put me back to the beginning. As I use a mobility aid, I really only have one functional hand when moving around so if this could be amended it would be more accessible to everyone. Walking against the crowds to access the lifts was a bit of a task as well, but I recognise this is an important historic venue and with this considered, I was impressed with the accessibility. Unfortunately I didn't manage to take in Palatine Hill, but this was due to my own capabilities. Something to go back for in the future!

Well worth the money includes everything except below ground Colecium tour this is usually booked up and has a guide. The tour didn’t have a guide but I don’t think we needed one it’s well signed.

We were fortunate to have access to our electronic tickets in advance and avoid the hassle of trying to find the ticket vendor on site. The audio guide was okay but in retrospect a guided tour would have been better. Book early for the best options.

This is a must see for anyone visiting Rome. It was busy but not bad and with pre booked tickets we didn't wait long to pass security. Once inside we just sat or walked around and took in the atmosphere which was incredible. I would recommend getting the full experience as this allows you to go up and look down on the arena and there are some pretty impressive relics to see too. There's also a small gift shop and a couple of vending machines.

Important to note, on your own. Which is what I wanted, but got confused by Group Meet Spot. Also delay in time was not relevant, because they let me in. The audio was good, somewhere I missed the note to bring earbuds but they sell at the adjacent shop. I liked the independence and smiled every time I saw a group that just made annoying.

The name on my ticket was only with my initial, my first name is on my passport. Therefore we were *not* admitted to the Colosseum. The organization cannot be reached for a new ticket.
