Unsere Mitarbeiter begrüßen Sie nach Ihrer Ankunft am Kreuzfahrtschiff-Pier in Koh Samui.
Unser erstes Ziel ist die berühmte Felsformation Hin Ta & Hin Yai (Großvater und Großmutter) am idyllischen Smaragdmeer. Fragen Sie unseren Guide nach der thailändischen Legende dieser außergewöhnlichen Felsformation.
Besuchen Sie den Valentinsstein, der wie ein Herz geformt ist, in einem schönen Garten, wo Sie auch die Möglichkeit haben, ein Fish SPA (ein lustiges Fußreinigungserlebnis) zu genießen. Fühlen Sie sich willkommen, einen kurzen Spaziergang durch den schönen Garten zu machen, um die Aussicht auf die Ostküste von Koh Samui zu genießen. Hier fährt auch die einzige Seilbahn von Koh Samui, die Sie direkt auf den Gipfel eines wunderschönen Aussichtspunkts von Samui bringt.
Als nächstes besuchen wir den Guan Yu Schrein mit einer massiven Kopie von Guan Yu`s Kopf. Die Skulptur hat ein rotes Gesicht, das Wut auszustrahlen scheint, und sitzt wie eine rächende Kraft über dem Schrein-Komplex. Guan Yu spielte eine große Rolle während des Bürgerkriegs, der zum Niedergang der Han-Dynastie führte.
Dann machen wir einen Dschungelspaziergang entlang eines dichten Dschungelpfades, der zum Namuang-Wasserfall führt. Sie können die wunderschöne Kaskade und Umgebung genießen oder in den natürlichen Pools schwimmen. Gegen Mittag machen wir eine Mittagspause, damit Sie neben den Wasserfällen gutes thailändisches Essen genießen können.
Nach einer kurzen Fahrt erreichen Sie den Mumifizierten Mönchtempel, eine weitere erstaunliche und einzigartige Attraktion von Koh Samui. Fragen Sie unseren Führer erneut nach der Geschichte dieses historischen Tempels!
Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, halten wir am Strand von Maenam oder Lipa Noi, um einen letzten Blick auf die atemberaubenden Strände von Samui zu werfen. Auf dem Rückweg zum Pier können Sie auf dem lokalen Markt in Nathong, der Stadt neben dem Pier, einkaufen gehen. Hier finden Sie lokale Lebensmittel und Aromen sowie viele verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, bevor Sie schließlich zum Pier zurückkehren, um an Bord Ihres Kreuzfahrtschiffes zu gehen.
Auf dem Rückweg zum Pier können Sie auf dem örtlichen Markt in Nathon Stadt einkaufen gehen. Dort werden Sie auf einer überraschend kleinen überdachten Fläche faszinierende Produkte, eine Reihe starker Gerüche, bemerkenswerte Sehenswürdigkeiten und exotische Aromen sehen.

Our Viking cruise ship moored in the bay and we were tendered to the dock. Our tour was very interesting and included visits to Buddhist temples and shrines and remnants of a traditional coconut harvesting operation. This island has much of the traditional living, harvesting and fishing aspects of life, yet the rapid changes occurring from the development of high end tourist resorts- Four Seasons, etc. These have been highlighted by the filming of "The White Lotus" television show drawing more tourist interest in the island. There is development occurring along the shore of additional resorts to foster a growing tourism industry. This pulls locals from subsistence and agricultural living to working in the service industry. I feel fortunate to have seen some of the natural areas remaining. It reminded me a bit of Maui and Kauai 40 years ago before tourism replaced agriculture. Taking a tour is a great way to experience this culture. The Buddhist temples and structures were very impressive.

Great Tour around the island. Our guide “Tra” (sorry for the spelling) took us around the entire island and gave us lot of history and background information on what we were seeing. From coconut factory to all the religious sites to a great lunch with a fantastic view. Highly recommend this tour and our guide. Also felt very safe with the drivers skills.

The tour company provided a thoroughly professional service and great experience. They took care of every detail. The boat was luxurious and spacious with as much food and drink as you would need during the day. The kayaks were the best quality and the tour people provided us with guidance and information during the day. They were courteous and polite, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Located at the most remote corner of the park we explore the island by kayaks we carry onboard and follow the action from our tender. We snorkel at islands located 20 minutes' sail away from the park as visibility at the park is very limited. What an amazing find! My group of 5 did this day tour from our cruise ship which docked nearby and I am so glad we found it. I would 100% recommend it as an alternative from the Cruise ship itineraries. We were picked up promptly and taken to the boat by a taxi and returned in plenty of time to catch the tender. The overall trip was great value. Regina was an entertaining and very helpful host also the food was more than enough and absolutely delicious. He did everything possible to make the day's snorkelling and swimming safe and exceptionally successful.

Tours Ko Samui was very responsive before our visit to Ko Samui, and we were 100% happy with how the day turned out. Joyce and crew made sure we had a wonderful time: Joyce greeted us at the ship, walked us to our van, and was always present to make sure that we and the other guests (3 vans total) had all our questions answered and enjoyed the many wonderful sights and activities that Ko Samui has to offer. We loved the elephant ride (definitely pay to feed the elephants - it's so much fun!). We also loved visiting with the monkey and watching him pick coconuts atop a palm tree (the fresh coconut water hit the spot!). Grandmother and Grandfather rock is a good laugh, and the nearby vendors are kind and have fun wares and yummy food (once again, Joyce was there just when we needed her to translate). The lunch restaurant is in a beautiful jungle, and the food is excellent. And swimming at the beach capped off a perfect day. We had one day to see Ko Samui and Tours Ko Samui made it great. We hope to visit again one day!
We met our guide at the tender port from our cruise ship the Holland America Volendam. We had booked this tour for six people and were extremely comfortable in the mini-van transportation. We beat the crowd to the elephant safari and had a amazing ride on an elephant through the jungle trails. Great pictures! We watched monkeys harvest coconuts, scraped our own coconut meat, sampled coconut oil products and drank coconut water. Our visit to the waterfall was terrific, where we parked very close to the falls and had a reasonable climb to the mid-level of the falls. Our lunch was at a restaurant at the base of the falls--phenomenal setting and great variety of local Thai food. We visited a pagoda and also went to the shore to see the Grandfather and Grandmother rock formations. All six of us agreed unanimously this was one of the best shore excursions we have taken in Southeast Asia. We highly recommend tourskohsamui.
