Entdecken Sie während dieses halbtägigen Kochkurses die Köstlichkeiten der vietnamesischen Küche. Sie werden die Möglichkeit haben, eine Auswahl an Lieblingsgerichten zu lernen Fähigkeit, die Grundzutaten zu erkennen, diese vielen Zutaten und Gewürze zu mischen, um die berühmte "Nuoc Mam" (Fischsauce) zu kreieren, sowie die Vielfalt der verschiedenen Reiskocher zu kochen. Neben der Zubereitung und dem Kochen unter der Führung unseres Küchenchefs werden Sie in die traditionelle vietnamesische Küche mit Kochutensilien eingeführt, die noch eng mit der vietnamesischen Lebensweise verbunden sind. Sie werden einen Hauch orientalischer Wissenschaft mit der Yin-Yang-Balance lernen zu respektieren, einige der Geschichte der vietnamesischen Küche von seinen Wurzeln in der Zitadelle Imperial Cuisine zu den Auswirkungen der verschiedenen Einflüsse aus dem Westen und anderen östlichen Kulturen. Schließlich werden Sie die Feinheiten der vietnamesischen Esskultur und die Technik der Essstäbchen verstehen!

The cyclo ride sightseeing before the cooking part was great fun. Remember to bring a hat! Our guide Camellia was amazing and so accommodating. Her English was excellent. Our chef Dung was very knowledgeable and a great teacher. The cooking experience was so much fun and easy to follow. Very highly recommend.

We had a great time on this halfday cooking tour. Our guide, Joey, was lovely and very informative taking us to a couple of sites which we hadn't expected to visit. We got to ride on bike rickshaws which was fun and then learnt some really useful cooking tips in our class.
