I spent wonderful time with super friendly Japanese staff at this place. I definitely come back one day and recommend my friends! It was one of my best cultural experiences in Japan.

One of the Best Cultural Experiences in Kyot

We had a fantastic experience at the Cooking Class for Kids and Parents in Kyoto. The class was fun, interactive, and very well organized from start to finish. The instructors were patient, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their cooking experience. We learned how to prepare traditional Japanese dishes step by step, and the explanations about the ingredients and local food culture made the class even more interesting. It was a wonderful hands-on experience that brought everyone together, and enjoying the meal we made at the end was definitely a highlight. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff spoke excellent English, making it easy to follow along. I would highly recommend this activity to families or anyone looking for a fun and authentic cultural experience in Kyoto. It was one of the most memorable parts of our trip!

Great cooking experience

Definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Not only do you get to take home a delicious authentic Japanese recipe, but the opportunity to interact with local Japanese people makes this experience truly special. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do. You could tell that every part of the class had been carefully planned to keep everyone engaged. There was never a dull moment, even while waiting for the food, they taught us how to count to ten in Japanese and showed us how to make origami, which made the whole experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who loves food, wants to learn how to cook authentic Japanese dishes, or is looking for a meaningful cultural experience during their trip. It was not only absolutely delicious but also one of the most authentic and enjoyable experiences we had in Japan. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

An amazing traditional cooking experience

It was an amazing experience for me and my two daughters (16 and 18). We were there to drink tea while waiting as we could not check in yet. They offered the opportunity to do a cooking lesson in the next few days. So we did. And what shall I say, it was the best decision to do it. There were 3 friendly women who kindly showed us to how to make udon noodles and broth. It was all well prepared and at the end we had a very delicious meal. We would do it again, if we come back.
