Kochkurs & Abendessen im Dachgarten in Athen

A perfect cooking experience buy a professional chef to learn and understand Greek cultures and cooking. So much wonderful food. It was hard to finish it all, but it was truly a high-end experience in one that I would recommend for anyone.

We loved our cooking class with Sandro. It was interesting to learn and make all these different dishes. Although they're classic Greek fare, they were all made with a twist, and that made them special. We enjoyed Sandro's love of food and his enthusiasm. The setting on the rooftop is amazing, the wine was flowing, the food was delicious and we had a fabulous time! I highly recommend. Leave yourself extra time to get there, Athens' traffic is BAD.

Great experience!! Top-notch chef and very pleasant. A lot of preparations and meals afterwards in a very family-like atmosphere. I truly recommend this experience, it is worth the price!!

Sergio, our chef, was very warm and inviting. The rooftop Cooking School had a fantastic view and it was charming. Sergio did a great job explaining all of the dishes that we were going to make, coaching us step-by-step. He is a very experienced chef and we were very lucky to have him for a Teacher. Sergio has a lot of tips and tricks which resulted in beautiful food that was so fresh and tasty.

We were late due to traffic and they were kind enough to wait for us. Sandro not only taught us SO many things and ways of cooking but his personality was top tier! Constant laughter the entire time and the food was the best we’ve had in Athens. We have plans on coming back in summer of 2027 to his cooking class. By far our favorite part of Athens:)

It was Great cooking class, full 3 course meal and very hands on! Chef was very personable and a great instructor!

Wonderful small group cooking experience! We learned how to make some traditional recipes and then got to eat them. Instructor was excellent and food great, we will make these at home.

Both host and chef are really warm and friendly people. The class was well run and all the dishes were delicious. If I had any complaint its that 2 of the dishes are tzatziki and Greek salad which I already make at home all the time although this is more of a 'me' issue as apparently other people that had signed up knew which dishes we were going to make. All in all great experience and would recommend.

***Jason and his business partner Sotiris couldn't have been nicer or more fun. They are new to Viator and they have created a covered rooftop space, that easily and comfortably can hold 8 guests. It was a hot day in Athens, but you wouldn't notice with the breeze and shade. ***They are located in a bit more upscale neighborhood, but still a tad difficult for the driver to find because of the street's layout, so add another 15 minutes travel time. They are always available by phone as you navigate your way there. ***Enjoy the lovely view, as I and my husband did, and learn their splendid way of cooking and a little baking. Enjoy the commradere and laughter 😃. ***Professional hosts, as they are, made our trip extremely memorable. It is well worth the price for sure.

The class was great with the chef and assistant very informative, location is very good with nice views over Athens and the mountains from the rooftop and they were accommodating of the heat on a very hot day. We really enjoyed the class as a group of friends
