Du bist eingeladen in eine bewohnte Wohnung, wo ich kleine Gruppen (max. 8 Gäste) für einen entspannten, persönlichen Abend empfange, der sich auf das gemeinsame Essen, Gespräch und Zeit konzentriert. Es gibt keinen formalen Unterrichtsstil oder Aufführung, es ist nur ein echtes Italienisches Kocherlebnis. Sie können handgemachte Ravioli und Tiramisù aktiv von Grund auf kochen oder einfach nur beobachten, schmecken und Teil des Moments sein. Die Atmosphäre ist absichtlich langsam und gesellig, eher als Gast an einem Tisch begrüßt zu werden, als an einem Kurs teilzunehmen. Alles passiert in Cimiano, einem ruhigen Wohnviertel abseits der Touristengebiete, das eine authentischere Seite Mailands bietet, die die meisten Besucher nie sehen. Es geht nicht darum, Techniken zu lernen – es geht darum, einen Abend auf Italienische Weise zu leben: um einen Tisch, mit gutem Essen, Wein und Gesprächen.

Simply amazing! It was the best evening in Milan. It was absolutely incredible—words can’t describe it. I highly recommend it to everyone!
We were a couple who booked on the day we were just us. Three pleasant hours. We were allowed to do everything from scratch and there was a very cozy atmosphere and one had a quiet and quiet evening in a private home, with good talk about Italy and their traditions. Allesio was a quiet and quiet and fun host. Where you felt comfortable.
We were a group of six and spent an amazing evening with Alessio in a beautiful apartment in Milan, cooking and enjoying incredible food together. From the welcome aperitif with fresh focaccia and great sparkling wine to the homemade pasta and tiramisu, everything was absolutely delicious. Alessio is a fantastic host, welcoming, relaxed, and passionate about what he does. The atmosphere throughout the evening was outstanding and we laughed a lot, learned something new, and felt completely at home. A truly special experience and an absolute recommendation for anyone visiting Milan.

My friend and I joined Alessio at his home to make ravioli and tiramisu, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely welcome with his friendly and fun personality. The experience felt authentic and relaxed, more like cooking with friends than taking a class.
