Kodai was fantastic in taking me to a local food street. He was professional and patient with all the questions I had for food vendors. We spent 3 hours browsing many food stalls and eating along the way. English was excellent. The historic tour of the city was done well. Highly recommend Kodai!!

Our guide was pleasant and her English was very good. I did feel we gave time to places that were not as interesting. We went to local market which was very small with a lot of shops closed, perhaps chinatwon would be nicer. The same museum was nice. By the time we got to see Eropean houses it was almost end of tour as all attractions were far away from each other, it would be better planned to do it all near each other. When we asked to stop at cafe for quick snack it was another place not even on the way, so again wasting time and it had limited options. Our guide could have also explained more, we had to constantly ask questions. Overall, I regretted doing this tour as we missed out on other activities. Should have been closer together.

First of all great service and flexibility. We wanted to make some changes the night before the meeting and they helped us great. Our guide knew a lot of the city being a Japanese citizen and student of Kobe. This was our fourth city so we were really interested in the way the build shrines and visted the beautiful carpenter museum. Shunta assisted us fantastic and dropped us at the end at a great ramen place. Top!

They were especially wonderful with our kids—going completely above and beyond to tailor stops and discover great local spots based on my son's passion for Pokémon. I had a really great time on this tour! Kodai was wonderful. He showed me all around Kobe and his English was excellent. I had a blast and the food was very good.

We had a great tour through Kobe with our guide Satori. All the places we suggested were taken into account and we learned a lot of interesting facts.

Kodai was a great guide, we had a great day and got to see a few hidden gems, loved the local market & Sake Museum.

It was ok. Unfortunatly it was my guide's first time so there were the common mistakes when someone justs starts, the pick up point wasn't exactly clear on how to get there, he was a little nervouse so he couldn't explain much, he relay a lot on showing me the museum instead of telling me his experience and I didn't get enough time in every location to fully apriciate them. From what he told me, he was helping out a friend with the business (maybe replacing him for this time?), so I don't think all people will have the same experience as me. I want to say though that if you have more than one day in Kobe and want to start with a panoramic tour or want to do something really specific with a local, I would reccomend it, otherwise if you are like me and just stay for a day and like the historical aspect of the city, do other tours.
