Amazing day, private boat for our group of 7. Did the itinerary opposite way of all the other companies so almost alone everywhere. Saw plenty of beautiful fishes, and pat and Nar were amazing, delicious food, we had a great experience I would definitely recommend to book with them
We spent a great day out on a longtail boat. There were two stops for snorkeling, one to swim through emerald cave and one for lunch. Pickup was in time, all people friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain, we'd do it again anytime. Don't book this if you expect a quiet and dry boatride (it's loud and wet).
Great trip with wonderful guides!
This tour lived up to the listing. Two good snorkeling spots that weren’t crowded, the Emerald Cave was really cool, and boating along the pristine sea was very fun. Great views too. The provided lunch was underwhelming, and the guides didn’t provide much more than the bare minimum (“half hour here” “follow me”), no explanation of what we were seeing or where we were going.
We had a great time with family on the boat trip. With our two daughters 9 and 7 years we chose the option "private boat" and we enjoyed the tranquility. Our two "captains" were very friendly and very considerate. We were able to admire landscapes we had never seen in our lives! It was exceptional and we will keep those memories for the rest of our lives. Lunch on the beach was fantastic. The transfer from our hotel is a plus that we very much appreciated. We can only recommend them!
How to say.... A real scam this tour and we did a lot of it. Never disappointed until then but there was the pompom!!! First of all the driver who comes to pick us up not pleasant at all (very rare among Thais), air-conditioned car um if you mean by air-conditioned the fact of being in the dumpster of a pick up on benches hell effectively .... The English guide never seen, the two people on the boat spoke barely two words of English the poor. The boat pilot very friendly despite the language barrier. On the other hand the second gentleman yet very young not a word of English he took us into the cellar but did not expect us (yet we are two good people swimmers) so we were in complete darkness. The other holidaymakers had their guide taking pictures and explaining what they saw us nothing. We waited 2h30 because the boat was broken down (well it can happen) but we are told nothing, we see everyone leave and we stay there. We had to ask them what was going on. When we finally left we were told that we would return later to do everything well and no we went back to their schedule and so we did everything at the pace of the race.... The cold drinks promised were hot because in full sun... the boat ladder very small you could only put one foot and all rusty and sharp (by the way we all injured ourselves on it). A catastrophe!!! And yet we are used to traveling in many countries and we know Thailand well but there frankly I was disappointed I wanted to cry
Disappointing overall We had booked a boat individually. The crew was attentive, thanks to them, but the boat was old the metal structure of the protective box was rusty and we were stained. The engine failed once, repaired in 15 minutes. The snorkelong spots are average, the cave is nice, the beach food is frankly top. Communication with the agency via whatsapp, not always simple but it works globally. The selected day n was no longer available, they offered us the next day, we had our luggage (which remained in a closed room the time of the exit) and the taxi dropped us off on the return to our other hotel.
A fun day out overall. Emerald cave is a must see. Lunch on the beach was really tasty. Good snorkelling, could have been more. Prepare to get wet if you sit at the front / middle of the boat
We had fun but I thought it would be more beaches and a bit of hiking on the islands but it was more of a snorkeling trip. We did visit 2 beaches though. One through a cave and the other for lunch. But not much walking on the islands and exploring. Also prepare to get absolutely soaked on the boat.
We booked a private tour with Paradise Sea Travel & Tour, and although it was more expensive than group options, it was absolutely worth it for the personalised experience. We did have a slight issue with pickup timing — the advertised time was 08:00, but it was later confirmed for 08:30 and the driver didn’t arrive until 08:49. However, once the tour began, everything else was exceptional. Our guide, Ong, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and took plenty of great photos for us throughout the day. The food provided by his family was delicious and made the experience feel even more authentic. The highlight of the day was definitely visiting Emerald Cave, where we were able to enjoy the experience privately without the crowds that usually come with larger group tours. Overall, this private tour was well worth it. If you want a more relaxed, personal, and memorable day, I highly recommend choosing the private option rather than the shared tour of 20–30 people. Would definitely recommend!
