Aktivität im Naturpark Montgrí, Illes Medes und Baix Ter. Geführte Reiseroute im Meeresschutzgebiet der Medes-Inseln. Der Reiseleiter wird während der Fahrt verschiedene Erklärungen zu den Vorschriften des Reservats, den geologischen Merkmalen und den verschiedenen Arten geben, die während der Reiseroute beobachtet werden können.

A fatal experience. I start with the lousy organization on the part of the staff and the monitors who accompanied during the tour. At first, thanks to the fact that there was no swell we arrived at the islands medium well, but without any belonging to the group there was a monitor in front and behind, but with a very large separation. I only get good the landscape of the islands and the place of them. Now I tell the worst. On the way back, a lot of wind and a big wave picked up. It was a save-who-can experience. The group was very dispersed and there was no accompaniment from anyone in the organization, only one monitor in front and one in back. In my case, my partner started getting very dizzy, and eventually we capsized the kayak. Nobody knew about this mishap and we tried to stay calm and managed to get into the kayak in the middle of the big waves. When we got upstairs we warned a guy from the organization who was riding a jet ski that my partner was dizzy and was vomiting. Watching this event he was only able to say “what a day you have had girls hahaha”. Nobody helped us anything. Upon arrival, we also received no accompaniment from the organization. I wouldn't recommend it. Unless you get a very very calm day...
Lamentamos profundamente que vuestra experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria y, ante todo, sentimos mucho la situación que describís durante el regreso de la actividad. La seguridad de nuestros clientes es una prioridad absoluta, por lo que tomamos muy en serio comentarios como el vuestro. Las condiciones meteorológicas en el mar pueden cambiar de forma inesperada y, aunque siempre evaluamos el estado del mar antes de salir, entendemos que en esta ocasión el aumento del viento y del oleaje generó una situación complicada y desagradable para el grupo. Respecto a la organización y al acompañamiento de los monitores, revisaremos internamente lo ocurrido para comprobar si se siguieron correctamente los protocolos establecidos, especialmente en relación con la dispersión del grupo y la atención prestada tras el vuelco del kayak. Asimismo, lamentamos profundamente el comentario que indicáis haber recibido por parte de un miembro del equipo, ya que no representa en absoluto los valores ni la profesionalidad que exigimos a nuestro personal. Agradecemos que destaquéis el entorno natural y el paisaje, aunque somos conscientes de que esto no compensa la experiencia negativa que vivisteis.
