If you politely explain the misunderstanding that -> he brought up, which was caused by a language barrier, he doesn’t actually want to resolve it. Instead, he cuts you off before you’ve even had the chance to fully explain your side. He tries to be nice because he wants a good review, not because he genuinely cares about resolving an issue that he himself raised. So why ask me to explain if you’re not interested in listening? I could have just stayed silent. Would not be a problem. I never write reviews. The fact that I’m writing one now says a lot. I felt dismissed, misunderstood, and judged. Actually from the very beginning. That’s honestly how the experience felt. I genuinely tried to be as polite and friendly as possible. I treated him with respect, listened to him and did my best to make things work. But if someone simply doesn’t like you, there’s nothing you can do about it. No matter what. You can feel it. On the positive side, he tried his best to be a friendly guy and he does know quite a bit about the buildings and history around the city.

Very Good experience and Good person

Marco was our guide. He was fun, informative and creative. We had lovely stops and time to explore. I personally was worried it would be too hot to enjoy, I was wrong. The mini bus was air conned and we were kept well hydrated. We loved every step of the way.

Our Sintra tour with Andres was incredible. His knowledge of the area, its history, and his insider tips made the experience top notch. He was especially great with the four kids in our group, keeping them engaged throughout the day. We would recommend this tour and our guide in a heartbeat. A truly magical and memorable experience.

The tour was perfect and didn’t feel rushed - we got to fully take in each site. Gonçalo was incredible! He was so knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. I was traveling with my parents and he was incredibly kind and patient to them when they wanted to take photos, etc. Not to mention, he was an incredibly smooth driver, even while explaining everything!

We were excited and eager to visit Lisbon. Although we had a big problem, the guide Marco was very kind. He was very attentive to us and worked from his heart. We are very grateful to him. We do not have a good memory of Lisbon, but we will not forget the excellent guide Marco.
