Im Herzen des Dorfes Sintra verlangsamen wir das Tempo und lassen die Stadt sich offenbaren. Hier treffen königliche Geschichte, Alltag und ruhiger Charme aufeinander. Sie haben Zeit, durch die engen Gassen zu schlendern, den Sintra Nationalpalast von außen zu bewundern oder einen sanften Spaziergang in Richtung der Gärten von Quinta da Regaleira zu genießen (Eintritt nicht inbegriffen). Für viele Gäste geht es in diesem Moment um Atmosphäre – sich auf einen Kaffee zu setzen, die Stadt beim Bewegen zu beobachten und eines der ikonischen Gebäckstücke Sintras, das Travesseiro oder Queijada, zu probieren, während man alles zu sich nimmt.
Während wir durch die sanften Hügel außerhalb Sintras fahren, werden Sie die sandigen Weinberge von Colares bemerken, wo einer der seltensten Weine Portugals beheimatet ist. Diese Weine, die auf alten, ungepfropften Ramisco-Reben angebaut werden, tragen einen einzigartigen Charakter, elegant, strukturiert und voller Geschichte. Schon vom Fenster aus kann man sich die Geschichten und Traditionen hinter diesem verborgenen Kleinod einer Region leicht vorstellen.
Am Cabo da Roca, dem westlichsten Punkt Kontinentaleuropas, zu stehen, bedeutet nicht, ein Kästchen anzukreuzen. Es geht darum, Portugals historische Beziehung zum Unbekannten zu verstehen – Atlantik, Erkundung und Distanz. Wir lassen Zeit, den Raum, den Wind und die Bedeutung des Ortes zu fühlen.
Wir beenden den Tag in Cascais, einer eleganten Küstenstadt, wo das Tempo natürlich langsamer wird. Genießen Sie Freizeit zu: - Gehen Sie den Yachthafen - Sitzen am Meer - Teilen Sie ein traditionelles Mittagessen oder Dessert. Es ist eine sanfte Landung nach einem vollen, bedeutungsvollen Tag.

Wenn keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen oder Ihr Hotel direkt außerhalb der zentralen Abholzone liegt, bitten wir Sie möglicherweise, eine kurze 5-minütige Strecke zu einem nahe gelegenen Treffpunkt zu gehen – eine Chance, die Beine zu strecken und die Morgenatmosphäre zu genießen. Wenn Ihr Hotel nicht aufgeführt ist, wählen Sie einfach die nächstgelegene verfügbare Option oder einen der angegebenen Treffpunkte. Damit der Tag reibungslos verläuft und jeder das Erlebnis genießen kann, erlauben wir eine Wartezeit von maximal 5 Minuten an Abhol- und Treffpunkten.

Had the best day, the tour guide was a wealth of information, what he didn’t know about Portugal. Probably wasn’t worth knowing, gave me a better understanding of Portugal and made some great suggestions of where to eat

Rodrigo provided prompt, courteous service at the hotel pickup. He is extremely engaging and Informative. It was such an enjoyable day and we learned and saw so much. We were given excellent sightseeing and activity options to customize the experience according to our interests. We learned how incredibly valuable having such a guide with the inside knowledge necessary to pick the best time saving and scenic routes, with close in parking access and local knowledge specific things to enjoy and photograph. He has guided these areas hundreds of times. He provided us with the best ways to use our free time in exploring Lisbon and the surrounding towns in addition to all of the complex historical and cultural knowledge and dining recommendations he so well conveyed to us for this day’s tour. My wife loved relaxing and enjoying the scenery and so did I because we didn’t have to put all our attention into driving. We cannot recommend enough that any and all need to engage the excellent services that this guide provides.

Wonderful tour, especially for young travelers. We had Rodrigo as our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and fun! He took us all around, talking about the area and giving us recommendations on what to do during our free time on the tour, and even gave us itineraries for the rest of our trip. All of the recommendations were personalized based on what we said we liked and disliked, and gave us an inside view of Sintra and Cascáis. 10/10, would highly recommend!
