8:30 Uhr — Abfahrt von Beirut Ihr Fortgeschrittener trifft die Gruppe in Ihrem Hotel und geht nach Norden – die Jeita-Grotte ist 30 Minuten entfernt und der Tag beginnt unterirdisch.
Beginnen Sie Ihr Abenteuer mit einem Besuch der atemberaubenden Jeita-Grotte, die zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört und für ihre atemberaubenden Kalksteinformationen und den unterirdischen Fluss bekannt ist. Begeben Sie sich auf eine magische Bootsfahrt durch die untere Grotte und bestaunen Sie die komplizierten Stalaktiten und Stalagmiten, die über Millionen von Jahren geformt wurden. Steigen Sie dann mit einer Panorama-Seilbahnfahrt zur oberen Grotte hinauf, wo Sie einen Panoramablick auf die umliegende Landschaft genießen, bevor Sie die faszinierenden Kammern der Höhle erkunden.
Die Telepherique ist eine der ältesten und meistbesuchten Touristenattraktionen im Libanon Es handelt sich um eine Gondelbahn in Jounieh, einer Stadt im Libanon, 16 km nördlich von Beirut, die Passagiere über den mit Kiefern bewaldeten steilen Berg auf eine Höhe von 650 Metern befördert und am Schrein Unserer Lieben Frau vom Libanon in Harissa ankommt und atemberaubende Ausblicke bietet der Bucht von Jounieh und der umliegenden Stadt.
Als nächstes fahren Sie in das charmante Bergdorf Harissa, wo sich die berühmte Statue Unserer Lieben Frau vom Libanon befindet. Vor dem Hintergrund des Mittelmeers dient diese hoch aufragende Statue als Symbol des Friedens und der Einheit für den Libanon. Genießen Sie vom Sockel der Statue aus den Panoramablick auf die Küste und die üppigen Täler darunter. Tauchen Sie ein in die ruhige Atmosphäre dieser heiligen Stätte, wo Besucher inmitten der Schönheit der natürlichen Umgebung nachdenken und Trost finden können.
Die Burg von Byblos, eine restaurierte Kreuzritterburg aus dem 12. Jahrhundert, die von einem 10 Meter breiten Trockengraben umgeben ist, befindet sich direkt in der atmosphärischen archäologischen Stätte von Byblos, in der sich die Ruinen des Tempels von Baalat Gebal und des Tempels der Obelisken befinden. Es ist ein beeindruckendes Gebäude, das von der Spitze seines viereckigen Bergfrieds aus eine hervorragende Aussicht auf die Ruinen bietet. Unter den Mauern ist eine Reihe bronzezeitlicher Wohnhäuser deutlich sichtbar, wenn Sie in Richtung Meer schauen. Im Inneren des Schlosses gibt es ein kleines Museum und einen Raum mit Informationstafeln, die die Geschichte der Stadt beschreiben.
Der alte Souk von Byblos ist ein alter Markt, auf dem Touristen Souvenirs und Antiquitäten kaufen oder einfach durch die alten Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen schlendern und die Architektur genießen können.

It was an excellent experience. I’m from Iran and my spouse is Turkish. Under the guidance of our tour leader, Mr. Hassane, who had very extensive knowledge, we visited the beautiful sights of Beirut and Byblos, Harisa and … His English was excellent, and he followed a very precise schedule, even picking us up from the hotel on time. We were truly satisfied with this tour.

The tour was definitely worth it as you get to do the most popular activities near Beirut in just half a day,in a comfortable van just with a handful of people. The driver, Albert is super accomodating and polite and he responds with efficiency to any kind of situation ,offering good solutions (like with my "no cash" emergency :p) Little advice,bring enough cash with you to cover all the entrance fees ! Do not miss the teleferique ride!!
One of the best guided tours I experienced! Our guide, Albert, made this experience amazing. The trip was very well planned, punctual and Albert shared a lot of information and knowledge from beginning to end of the tour. All of this with good humour! I definitely recommend.
Just had the most incredible day on this guided tour, the sights, the places, the people were all incredible. We started the day at the 'Shrine of our Lady of Lebanon', a beautiful peaceful place for reflection with amazing views stretching far across Lebanon. This was followed by a 'whistle top' tour of Batroun, Albert took us to the world famous Lemonade shop and then to every part of the old town. Albert shared all his expert knowledge of the town giving our visit depth and context. Then we went to Byblos, we visited the citadel with an archaeologist guide taking us around the whole site explaining in depth the 8,000 years of history and people who had lived in this beautiful place. Lunch was at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the harbour, I ate the best sea bass with traditional Lebanese meze. Then we had time to look around the streets/markets where the people were friending and the shops sold the most beautiful items. Then back to Beirut, after a lovely day with lovely people all made perfect with our driver and guide Albert
