Excellent service from One Day Tours, Matt was our chauffeur and historical guide through Nevada history, Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. The ride was smooth and the atmosphere was friendly. This is a drop off tour, Matt took us to Grand Canyon West, gave us clear directions on what to do with the shuttles when we got there and we were on our own. GCW was amazing but people beware there is little to no boundaries from the cliffs especially at Guano point. You need to have some maturity and dexterity to do the entire hike. It’s not a place to let the kids roam free. The Sky Walk was fun and the food was good. I see prices for this tour at lower rates but those may not include admission and meals. Ours was the premium package and also included coupons at gift shops. It was nice to have everything prepaid. Overall Matt was terrific and kept us smiling in the heat and it is a trip we won’t soon forget!

Our driver, Ward was awesome. He is very knowledgeable of the area. We had ages 10 to 75 in our group of 9 family members and everyone enjoyed the day. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

We decided to take this trip a few months ago and are so glad we did. First, the cancellation policy is very liberal allowing you to cancel pretty much up to 24 hours before. They communicated well ahead of time, picked us up exactly when they said they would. We had Steve as our guide and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, entertaining and accommodating. If you only have one day to do the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam, this is the way to do it!

If I could give Steve Clark and One Day Tours 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would! One tip he gave us that paid off big time was at the Skywalk—let the crew take as many pictures as possible! At the end, we were able to purchase the entire photo package for only $30, which was well worth it. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. Pictures don’t do them justice. The vastness and beauty of the Grand Canyon are simply indescribable until you experience them for yourself. The included lunch was delicious, and while adult beverages and desserts aren’t included, they can easily be added to your bill. Another highlight was all the amazing information Steve shared throughout the trip. His knowledge of the area, history, and landmarks was remarkable. Walking across the Hoover Dam was another unforgettable experience. We started in Nevada and ended up in Arizona, crossing the bridge and getting picked up on the other side—such a unique experience! Steve was incredibly accommodating throughout the day. Since it’s a long tour, he made plenty of pit stops for restroom breaks and opportunities to get out, stretch your legs, and stay comfortable. A brilliant day out enjoying the fabulous landscape of the Nevada and Arizona Deserts. So pleased we opted for this rather than a helicopter ride. We got to see, and find out, so much more alongside a great guide and a lovely set of other travellers from across the globe.

Great trip but extremely hot! The canyon is beautiful and hoover dam was amazing. Our driver Jose was very knowledgeable.
