They were great with communication. My first tour I booked canceled. They let me know the day before and suggested a different tour, which was . Julia, our guide was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. Enjoyed the smaller group. The stops were on time. The food was amazing. The vistas were awesome.

We had a great time touring Lake Como with our tour guide Naji. She was super nice and engaging, and the radios for the tour worked better than other ones we’ve experienced before. The different towns around were lovely and our guide gave us free time to explore as well as giving interesting background and showing us places around the lake.
We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Chiara! She was incredibly knowledgeable about Lake Como and shared fascinating information not only about the main attractions, but also smaller towns like Bellano, where I was staying, and Varenna. Her insights made the tour even more enjoyable! She had a plethora of recommendations in Bellagio for restaurants, bars, etc. to which I obliged and I’m so glad I did, because they were excellent recommendations. She was patient, friendly, and made sure everyone in the group stayed together and felt included throughout the day. She did a great job coordinating our ferry and boat rides as well as our visit to the gorge, ensuring everyone was accommodated. There was a small miscommunication from the tour company that was completely outside of her control, and she handled it with professionalism, kindness, and sincere apologies even though it wasn’t her responsibility. Her warm personality, organization, and genuine care for the group made this a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend taking a tour with her. Thank you, Chiara!
Beautiful day out to Lake Como with Naji, who guided our group of 14. Naji was so welcoming and a charming guide. I am so glad we took this tour as all the hassle of buying tickets and knowing which ferries to take and where to board are taken care of. I could have done this independently with my daughter but this was well worth the price of having a stress free day. Very enjoyable meeting the travellers in the group on the scenic train ride up to Varenna. Naji gave very helpful orientation suggestions on where to walk to and which restaurants to try in Bellagio. In Varenna, Naji took us to the point where we could walk along to an outdoor cafe for coffee to enjoy the fabulous view. If we had been on our own we might have wasted time working out where to go and then would have had to get a queue for the ferry in the hot sun. No need to do this as Naji had all our tickets for us. There are two short ferry rides. Varenna to Bellagio (15 mins) on a small car ferry/foot passenger and then from Bellagio to Bellano. (20 mins). This was fine for us but if you want a longer cruise then another itinerary might be worth looking at. As it was I felt that we had enough time in each town and it makes you want to return another time as it is all so beautiful. I highly recommend this day out. Our hotel was only a 15 min walk from the station so it was an easy for us to get there for the 7.45am meeting time. You arrive back in Milan by 6pm so still time to enjoy the evening. Go for it! The tour was wonderful and Giulia was an excellent tour guide! I loved the opportunity to see multiple towns in a short amount of time. The combination of learning about the towns from our tour guide, and also having free time in each town, to explore on our own, was perfect. I highly recommend this tour!
A refreshing informational tour. Chiara had much history of the area both ancient and current. I would consider another look at this area, but in another season. It seems this little area has everything. Thank you Chiara (Kia) I hope to run across you on another tour.
