Klassische 30-minütige Gondelfahrt in Venedig

We enjoyed the gondola ride and once off the main canal it was peaceful. Just one thing when you get to the main ticket office/pickup point change your voucher to a ticket at one of the offices.

It was a fine gondola ride! Our gondola guide did not talk with us which was fine! 30 minutes went by fast!

Amazing Experience riding the Gondola in Venice. It was a relaxing ride along the Grand canal. We would definitely do it again.

I would rate this as zero stars but I had to select one star to get to the comments. Our gondola driver did not greet us as we got on the gondola. He did not speak to us once to tell us a little about what we were seeing. He did however speak to the driver of the gondola in front of us the entire time. It was a heated discussion. It was not relaxing in any way and it was extremely loud with that conversation. When we returned they were very quick to ask for a tip. We should have been given a refund. Not a good impression for our first visit to this beautiful city.

Sadly, we didn’t even get to go on the experience because they told us to wait at a certain place, in which we did. They never came for us and then left without us. When we asked about it, they said it was our fault and there was nothing we could do. Our kids were super disappointed. I requested a refund and was denied, even though we followed their peoples instructions. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

SCAM! Do not book this tour. Voucher ticket was for large group that was broken into smaller parties for gondola ride. Cost of voucher was double what the actual cost for family of 5 if purchased in person at the gondola. Meeting was a group so gondola ride was not private. Gondola location was dirty and boat was broken with ripped cushions and no English speaker.

While not designated when you purchase. This is a SHARED ride experience. We chose to not take part and let another couple have a private tour. All over town you can walk up to the gondolas and for the same price (or if more than 2 in a group) even cheaper. Do not bother

Was confusing finding the location. Wonderful ride but it is a shared ride. We were 5 in the gondola. Fine by me but not a romantic experience

My husband and I booked a gondola ride a month in advance to avoid trouble. At the time of booking, it was informed that it would be a tour for only two people, however, at the time, we were placed together with other people, totaling five passengers. The gondolist was extremely poorly educated, did not present himself and did not show any cordiality. The tour was very disappointing: we drove only a small stretch and then we stopped in an area where several gondolas concentrate, forming a real congestion in the canals. Meanwhile, the time of the tour continued to run, which gave us the impression that it was something intentional. We paid 100 euros for an experience that did not match what was promised. Honestly, we do not recommend. In our opinion, it is better to just take pictures with the gondolas standing, paying a few euros, than spend that amount on such a frustrating ride. We will not return and we do not recommend the service.

The actual gondola trip was nice, completely fine to be shared as that’s what we booked. However, booking says be there 30 minutes before, which for our booking was 5:30, we then didn’t get on the gondola until 6:10 and docked before 6:30. Trip was nice but we paid for 30 minutes and got just over 15. I would save your money on this one. Lovely trip through the canals but not at this price for less than what was advertised.
