Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you found the tour very nice overall, but we sincerely appreciate your notes regarding the length and the non-stop commentary. We completely understand that an overwhelming amount of information can make a long day feel tiring, and we apologize if it felt a bit much to take in at times. We always want our tours to be both engaging and relaxing, so we will share your constructive feedback with our guiding team to help them better balance sharing insights with giving our guests enough quiet time to relax and enjoy the sights at their own pace. Thank you again for helping us improve, and we wish you a wonderful rest of your travels!
Penny was our tour guide and she was amazing. Gave good historical information and ensured we saw the best sights from the canals.

Really nice easy tour with very good life jackets and great chatty guide. Would recommend and way cheaper than buying direct.
We had such a wonderful time in seeing Bangkok through a teak boat experience. Our guide was awesome, humorous, educational and engaging. I’m not entirely sure that we were on the correct trip, as we did not stop and get off at two temples but it was quite pleasant regardless. We showed our (very recent) booking to the crew and it was a 2:30pm departure so they added us onto the printed list. They provided life jackets and water. The teak boat was covered on top and the breeze felt great on a hot day. Easy location, at River City Bangkok which had some shops, restaurants and art to explore before we got on the boat.
nice view from the river during daylight. The boat engine is a bit noisy, beware if you sit in the back of the boat, and the sound system of the guide is not top. besides that, it is fun to have a different view of the buildings.

This was a chance to be James Bond for a morning with the super speedboat. The tour of the Royal Barges was really brought to life as the guide had once been a rower in the Royal Barge procession. The temple was even more interesting as a service was taking place.

Scam alert. I would be doing my fellow travellers a disservice if I did not inform you of our disappointment in this experience for which we paid USD 60 each!

Between 8am and 9am we had to make several phone calls to advise this company that there was no representative waiting to meet our party. The long-tail boat ride was a slow journey through just one klong, with nothing much of interest to recommend it. We were then taken to a Temple which - being under renovation, we decided it was not worth the difficulty in getting out of the long-tail boat in rough water conditions to view. We then proceeded to the Royal Barge Museum. We wandered around ourselves as there was very little commentary from the guide. At no time was water or any other refreshment offered to us.

The whole tour was one and a half hours shorter than expected. Despite complaints the only recompense offered was a free airport transfer to Don Muang.

Avoid!
