Der Ausbilder ist ein professioneller Koch mit einem pädagogischen Hintergrund und 7 Jahren Erfahrung in der koreanischen Küche. (Arbeitende Michael Guide 1-Sterne-Restaurant und koreanisches Konsulat in den USA als Chefkoch) Der Unterricht beginnt mit einer Vorführung, gefolgt von der praktischen Portion. Während der Vorführung erhalten Sie Tee oder Limo, zubereitet vom Küchenchef mit hochwertigen Zutaten von mehreren koreanischen Farmen. Am Ende des Kurses lernen Sie, traditionelle koreanische Speisen von Grund auf neu zu kochen. Der Raum ist auch perfekt für Fotos während und nach dem Unterricht, und Sie können Ihr Essen im Studio haben oder es mitnehmen. Das Studio ist leicht zugänglich zum Gyeongbokgung Palast und dem traditionellen Markt. Ich freue mich auf alle!

S a fun experience to learn how to make Kimchi. My daughter loves it so it was great to learn how to do this. She was very informative, friendly and a great way to spend some time during our trip.

A very clean and cozy place. She made a delicious Korean seafood pancake before the class. We learned everything from the washing of cabbage to cutting and of course preparing the ingredients. She speaks great English and answered all our questions. It was amazing! The time was perfect, exactly as announced and we departed the place with our recently made kimchi .

Chef Hakyung’s kimchi class was amazing the overall experience was phenomenal. The small class size made it easy for Chef Hakyung to give her undivided attention to everyone in the class. She explained to us the history of making Kimchi as well as the different ways and styles to make Kimchi. The class was informative and fun! I especially enjoyed the seafood pancake and drinks she made while we were getting set up!
