Khao Sok Regenwald | Wandern & Bambus-Rafting

My sister and I (20 and 25) were blown away by this day. We knew it would be awesome and yet it still exceeded our expectations. We were in a small group which was great as it was easy to talk to the guide, ask questions, and it just felt more curated. The jungle hike was wonderful and we saw many monkeys, a snake, a tarantula, and sleeping bats. The view at lunch was incredible and the food was abundant and authentic, definitely the best Tom Yum I’ve ever had. My sister and I are vegan and we were very impressed with all the vegan options we were provided with. The bamboo rafting was breathtaking, even in the pouring rain. All in all the experience was 10/10, and our guide Gay and driver Peter were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe the entire time.

This was a memory for life! Peter our guide was so nice, smart and friendly! We got so much good food also!

A completely different way of going on a trip in Thailand. In the weather strenuous but absolutely feasible, learned a lot about the native flora and fauna. Highly recommended

I have booked 2 tours through this provider: The first tour was a jungle hike in Khao Sok National Park. Our guide Mong was very quiet and nice and explained a lot to us and showed us animals we would never have discovered. The hike was not strict but challenging due to the heat and it was good to refresh ourselves in the small river. After lunch we could enjoy another bamboo raft ride. Everything was well organized. There were only three of us, which was very pleasant and our questions and needs were always addressed.:-) In the car were cool drinks and refreshing towels ready. The second tour was also to Khao Sok National Park to Emerald Pool and Cheow Lan Lake. Both are absolutely spectacular natural beauties. At the Emerald Pool we were in front of the big crowd in the morning and had the pool almost all to ourselves. There were also only four of us with this group, which was again very pleasant. On the lake we had a small longtail boat just for our group and also in the cave we were the only ones. We were given a flashlight and led safely through the dark cave. Of particular note is lunch on a private island (Frog Island) with wonderful views of the lake and the rocks. We were the only ones there, away from mass tourism. You get enough time to linger in the beautiful places. Our tour guide Gay was just a wonderful and very warm person with humor and tried very hard for each and every one of us. You could tell that she was really interested in her guests and we had exciting conversations throughout the day. We could ask her anything and she made the day in addition to something very special.:-) I would book a trip through Khaolak Planner again anytime. Thank you for the wonderful experiences! 🙂

Very good trek in Khao Sok national park, so much to see and experience. Our guide was really good and informative. Water was readily available, and very welcomed in 30+°C. Our excursion started really early in the morning, which we thoroughly enjoyed before more tourists arrived later in the morning. The bamboo rafting was so pleasant & relaxing, listening to the wildlife, and then, by the help of our guide, spotting a Water Monitor Dragon, Amazing! Lunch was "Xr̀xy māk" we had second helpings. The whole excursion was very much worth it, a great half day out. Note: Wear comfortable trainers, take sliders/flip-flops for rafting. Take Sunscreen / Towel & you'll definitely need insect repellent, it's a must.

A brilliant day out! Our guide Ron was amazing from the early pick up to the knowledge he shared of the wildlife of the National Park, looking after us as we melted in the jungle, a delicious lunch and after the bamboo rafting. This is a day packed with fun but at a gentle pace to enjoy it all. We saw a tarantula, got to swim in the jungle stream to cool off and thoroughly enjoyed the whole day!

Good communication from the booking team before we started and over pickup. Super day, GREAT GUIDE -RON. From pick up to drop off, we had lots of information. Good itinerary and choice as we went along, which, as a small, fit group, also meant we were off the main route in places, this added to the day. Lunch was very good and very plentiful. Rafting was also a rather nice way to see the area from another angle. Can't fault the team, trip, guide or driver.

Amazing experience that was timed perfectly. Got to explore some of the jungle with a short hike and then made our way to the river for bamboo rafting which was a treat with the delicious coffee they provided. 10/10 experience!

The whole experience was otherworldly!! Our guide Ron was simply amazing!! He calmly explained everything clearly and made sure everyone understood what was going on. The whole group had so much fun in every step of the activity. I personally (as an 18 year old) felt very well taken care of and completely safe. The driver was also great, he was always cracking jokes. Also the food was superb. I had so much fun and we saw so many different species of animals. Highly recommended!!
