The food was definitely sub par and by the end of the line at the second dinner seating there wasn’t much food left. AC in dining room was barely keeping up. Bartenders on upper deck were great. Bartender in dining room was very young and inexperienced .
Not a good experience. First the “captain” went over safety procedures which didn’t include life jackets and mentioned there were +-120 people on board. A sign in the stairway clearly said 85 people capacity! We were in group 2 which meant we had to stand on the upper level for over an hour in 90+ heat. No shade and not enough seats. After that we went to the lower deck which had AC but the food was bad and we were crammed shoulder to shoulder. Don’t waste your time and money.
Greetings Jan, thank you for joining us. We are reviewed your feedback and have some additional questions. If you could email us at info@sunsetwatersports.com with your trip date and name as we do not have a reservation with your name on it. To address some of your concerns. The boat is coast guard approved for 149 passengers which we never put over 100 on the boat so there is plenty of room for everyone. The stairway sign reads the capacity for the top deck, not the entire vessel. The dinning cabin sits 60-70 comfortably, so over half of the guests are always downstairs. We have a top deck that allows guests the open air view and experience of the sunset and a downstairs cabin that comfortable accommodates those who would like to sit, rest and eat. Lastly, we have a standardized safety speech that starts with the life jackets and all safety procedures. I'm not sure if your group was more focused on getting a drink or making your way to the bar, but we do try to get everyone's attention to inform everyone of our safety procedures. I look forward to receiving your email to try and get to the bottom of your feedback.

Came out with my partner for a weekend get away and booked a reservation on the Party Cat. Everything was perfect, from the attentive staff to the amazing food and drinks! They also had a great musician who really knew how to set the mood. The sunset was simply breathtaking. Would high recommend to anyone looking for a good time with a view!

The food was delicious and buffet so eat until you are full. When you are done eating you have to leave the dining area to another group of people can eat. There are 2 groups for meal time. With that said there is not enough room for everyone to have a seat on the boat and that is an issue for someone like me with bad knees that had to stand 75 percent of the trip. Music and drinks were awesome too.

I was disappointed. Food was horrible. Drinks appeared to be watered down. I had 3 and never got a buzz usually only take 2. Music was good. Staff friendly.
The first impression was bad and it didn’t improve much from there. The woman at the check in desk was rude and unhelpful. We were in group 2 so our first hour was spent on a hot upper deck with no shade and not enough seats. The second hour we got dinner downstairs in the A/C-better, but food was meh and we were crammed like sardines in the tables. Live music upstairs -well he tried hard. The staff onboard were helpful and friendly a the sunset was beautiful.
