The staff were very friendly but the overall experience was horrible. The boat was over loaded with passengers with very little sitting room. The staff put up the chairs and asked us to leave the inside, forcing us to bake in the sun on the upper deck. You only get 20 minutes on a jet ski which is a let down.
10/10 experience. You get so much for such a low price and it’s such high quality! Both the captain & crew are extremely kind and timely. I was able to enjoy every excursion, have a great lunch, swim, and still have time to relax all before docking. They recommend you get there an hour early, this is to avoid stress of lines. Do it, or don’t but we arrived 35 min before and it was fine. Definitely worth it solo, with friends, or with family.

The events themselves were fun. I hate that they put on the site were you order that you must check-in one hr early or you can’t go and then sent an email that said if you aren’t 45 minutes early you can’t go but we were supposed to be leaving at 10am and we were waiting on people to still get there. Several people up top were grumbling and complaining- myself included. Thought there was going to be an uprising. Plus side it was only about 25-30 minutes away from shore where as other places you have an hr or longer boat road to your event. Upon getting there the guy that was doing the scheduling for the events was distracted and flirting and wasn’t doing very good at orchestrating things. Several times they said come back your about to parasail (only 2 events are scheduled by said guy- parasailing and jet skis and you do the other things you want around these events) so we would go to the main dock to checkin for parasailing and then no something has changed. So we weren’t able to do as many other things bc we were in a hurry up and wait until it was almost time to leave. Despite being the second group of two to checkin we were in the second to last group to parasail and were told random things like the other family we were going with was on jet skis (25 minute adventure) and were told this for over an hr. The groups that went parasailing with us were actually on the jet skis the same time as us and in the first group. Idk what was with the fake information but was frustrating. I did read other reviews prior were some people claimed they didn’t get to do some events bc of over crowding but chose to go anyway. So that’s on me. But I wanted jet skis and my daughter wanted parasailing so we gambled with it. I heard the same complaints by several people on the boat about the poor scheduling and getting tossed around. The happiest people were the ones that arrived after the required checkin time….. The food was better than other places that provided lunch. Most of the crew were great. If you plan to leave a tip- cash or Venmo, no Cash App.
To many people on one boat, children crying, people scared of the water. People having standing in the way.
My best friend and I had an amazing time! We really enjoyed all of the activities and the entire staff made the experience even better. Kelsey was a fantastic bartender and always provided excellent service with a smile. Mike did a great job getting everyone safely to and from the jet ski activities, and Smith led the jet ski safety briefing and assisted in many other ways throughout the day. Alessya (hopefully I spelled that correctly!) was our itinerary coordinator and did an outstanding job keeping everyone organized, on schedule, and informed throughout the day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would absolutely recommend it to others!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing given the price. I booked the “Do It All With Parasail” package expecting a full experience, but parasailing was not operated at all that day—which is a major part of what I paid for. On top of that, the jet ski portion lasted only about 20 minutes, which is nowhere near enough to justify the $161 cost. To be fair, the crew on-site was genuinely great—friendly, professional, and doing their best, which I appreciated. This review is not about them. The issue is with how the experience is structured and priced. Even after reaching out, the company only offered a refund for the parasailing portion, which still leaves me paying a premium price for what ended up being a very short jet ski ride. That simply doesn’t feel fair or proportionate to what was actually delivered. Overall, this felt overpriced and misleading in terms of value, especially if key activities don’t run. I would strongly recommend others clarify exactly what is guaranteed before booking—or consider other options in Key West that offer better value for money.
For guests reading this review allow us to explain what the guest is experiencing here. The guest did not buy a jetski tour, which are great and last 90 minutes taking the guest completely around the island. This guest booked the Do It All trip which gives guests the opportunity to experience 10 different activities in the 6 hour timeline. Guests cannot spend 6 hours on one activity as there are other guests on that trip which need to take turns. This guest wanted to ride a jetski for 6 hours straight and for us to deny other guests access to jetskis. No where do we advertise that. We are the last family owned watersports company in Key West and pride ourselves in keeping our tours reasonably priced with families in mind. We offer huge discounts for kids and even free tickets for kids 5 and under. This guest enjoyed 6 hours on the water where out team catered to their every need. Included in the $160 price was lunch, open bar and 10 activities ranging from parasailing, jetskis, inflatable water park, banana boat ride, snorkeling, kayaks, paddleboards and more.
Trip was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We parasailed with a great duo of Lucas and Joey. The whole experience was well organized. Definitely would go again but I will stay off of the banana boat. Too rough for this chick! All on all a big thumbs up. 😊

Very bad experience, they did not help me in filling out the forms, terrible attention to tourism, I lost my tour and they did not return the money from the reservation that I made in advance. the attitude of the staff is very bad. I do not recommend it. SUNSET WATERSPORTS ARE VERY BAD
Sorry, this review doesn't make any sense. The forms guest have to fill out are simple sign and date forms. I am not sure what you mean by you lost your tour and we did not return the money.
