Kathmandu : Private Bhaktapur & Nagarkot Tagestour mit Mittagessen

We went to Nogarkot and were not lucky enough to see the peaks of the Himalayas. However, our guide Bikram took us to the hanging bridge which was a very nice surprise. We then visited Bhaktapur, which is more impressive than what you see in Katmandu. Bikram was kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about life in Nepal, the country’s history and most importantly Hinduism. I highly recommend him along with the driver Krishna,. The car that we had for the trip was very good too.

Our trip to Bhaktapur and Nagarkot was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. Bhaktapur is an absolute gem, rich in culture, history, and stunning architecture. Walking through its ancient streets felt like stepping back in time, with beautifully preserved temples, intricate wood carvings, and vibrant local life all around. Nagarkot, on the other hand, offered a completely different but equally breathtaking experience. The views of the Himalayas were simply spectacular, especially during sunrise. It was peaceful, refreshing, and the perfect escape from the busy city. What made this trip truly exceptional, however, was our guide, Sajan. He was outstanding in every way—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He shared fascinating insights about the history, culture, and traditions of the places we visited, making everything come alive in a meaningful way. His professionalism and warm personality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire journey. Sajan went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible, always patient with our questions and flexible with our pace. It’s clear that he is passionate about what he does, and it really shows. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nepal, and if you have the chance, definitely ask for Sajan as your guide—you won’t be disappointed!

We went on an April day and saw such a great experience in the temples and different cultural spots. Even though the clouds were covering the sunset we still were able to have a wonderful day and experience the views

Great tour that took me out of the city up in the mountains. Loved seeing those wheat fields and other crops growing in terraces. Sajan was my tour guide and he is a wealth of knowledge. From the top of the hill the views were amazing. Then he took me to a suspension bridge, that was fun. 250 meters long between the mountains, trees and a river flowing under. That was cool and finished at bhaktapur are with their beautiful temples and palaces. Highly recommended.

Bikram was an amazing tour guide who was very knowledgeable. Included more for me to see. Bhawani was a great driver.

I had a great day with my guide Sajan. He had a lot of information about the history and religious backgrounds as well as the difference between residents of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur. And since the view of Nargakot was unfortunately clouded due to the weather, there was a spontaneous detour to the nearest suspension bridge with a fantastic view over the forests. Highly recommended.

Excellent day with our guide Sujan. We left in the early morning and had the chance to see a clear view of the Himalaya mountains and a bright weather. The visit to Bhaktapur was also rewarding thanks to the many explanations of our guide! I highly recommend this tour and again thank you to Sujan for making this experience so pleasant!

An absolutely fantastic trip! My guide Tej and driver Jeevan were awesome companions. I had done bhaktapur the day before and wanted to tweak my trip a little and they were totally cool with that. We went to see Rani Jhula and beautiful sceneries along the way instead of Bhaktapur and they found the best spots for me. I am not very fit and Tej was very patient and helped me wherever I needed help on the hikes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the tour and guide!
