Directions to find our guide were not as specific— Viator had us meet on the steps of the Cathedral— that is not exactly where the tour guide wanted us to meet. On this tour, one can expect a fantastic guide, not only knowledgeable about the cathedral itself, but also about the history of Barcelona. The rooftop and virtual experience is a must for anyone going to Barcelona.
A beautiful church. Only you can’t take pictures. Bars everywhere for the paintings. It's a shame. Wouldn't recommend it

We are pleased to hear that you found the Cathedral beautiful, although we are sorry to learn that certain aspects of the visit did not meet your expectations. Please note that the protective barriers placed in front of some artworks are part of the Cathedral's preservation and security measures and are established by the monument itself, so unfortunately they are beyond our control. That said, many visitors are still able to take very good photographs by using the wide-angle option available on most smartphones (without needing to reach through the bars). Very interesting and informative tour of the cathedral. It is a magnificent jewel! Our guide took us around to the important spaces and pointed out interesting details.

Tickets did NOT attach to 5 communications. I went to the ticket office at the cathedral where 3 associates tried to locate tickets of communications. We were unable to attend the tour. Please reimburse this tour amount. I do not understand why tickets did not appear with any of Viator communications. Viator has always been good to work with until this tour.
We were disappointed in our tour. Our tour guide did not give us any history about the church or the construction of the church. We were really looking for more about the history of the building. He also didn’t tell us anything about the outside facade of the church.
This was an awesome and educational tour. I would highly recommend this. You can go to the cathedral on your own, but having a guide tell you the history of the Cathedral, is 100x better. Our guide, George, was really good and knows a lot about the church. Definitely a must to do in Barcelona.
