Während dieser Tour werden Sie einige der wichtigsten Aktivitäten von Limon an einem Tag erleben. Sie besuchen einen lokalen Regenwald aus einer einzigartigen Perspektive : die Tortuguero-Kanäle! Auf dieser Tour werden Sie eine große Vielfalt an Wildtieren von unserem Boot aus beobachten (Affen, Wasservögel, Leguane, Basilisken und vielleicht Faultiere). Denken Sie daran, das ist die Natur! Manchmal hängt das Erkennen von Tieren von Wetterbedingungen und Gezeiten ab. Dann besuchen wir eine Biofarm mit einer kleinen Bananenplantage; wir werden verschiedene Arten exotischer Obstbäume sehen, die in die tropische Natur eingetaucht sind, und lernen die karibische Kultur kennen, während wir eine Sightseeing-Tour durch Limon Stadt machen. Am Ende der Tour gibt es einen optionalen Besuch am Strand Playa Bonita, wo Sie sich entspannen und die Meeresbrise und die erstaunliche üppige Natur Costa Ricas genießen können, während Sie die lokale Kultur annehmen und den Pura-Vida-Lifestyle mit Calypso-Musik leben.

Reiseverlauf
Gegen 9:30 Uhr fahren Sie zu den Tortuguero-Kanälen, wo Sie Dutzende von Wasservögeln und hoffentlich auch Affen und andere Säugetiere beobachten können.
Sie können den Tag an der Playa Bonita ausklingen lassen, wo wir einige der warmen karibischen Gewässer genießen können, gefolgt von einer Stadtrundfahrt durch Limon.

Nach der Debarkation suchen Sie bitte unseren GioTours-Vertreter auf, der Sie am gelben Pier Gate nach den weißen Streifen auf dem Boden, nach dem Souvenirmarkt, erwartet. Unser Vertreter trägt eine Khakihose und ein weißes Button-Down-Shirt mit dem GioTours-Logo und hält ein Schild mit der Aufschrift "GioTours" mit Ihrem Namen. Wir bitten alle Gäste, mindestens 10 Minuten vor der oben genannten geplanten Abfahrtszeit am vorgesehenen Tagungsort zu sein.

Book this excursion! Don't even think about booking one through the cruise line. This is a much better excursion and more reasonably priced. Juan is an excellent tour guide and David is an excellent driver. We saw it all - birds, a caiman, a crocodile, a sloth, and howler monkeys! Juan is very knowledgeable about the plants and animals of Costa Rica. He will not make something up if he doesn't know the answer. He and David travel from San Jose, CR to do this tour. They were waiting for us at the designated time with a sign. I booked this excursion because of the reviews and the six of us travelling together were very satisfied.
We just experienced THE BEST shore excursion we have ever been on! Juan Miguel with Gio Tours Costa Rica was our private driver for the day. He more than exceeded our expectations ! Juan was very knowledgeable about his home country and took us to beautiful sights and adventures throughout the day. Juan, our guide, did an excellent job sharing info and taking us to great sites in Limón, Costa Rica. We took a great safari boat ride and saw a sloth, iguanas, howling monkeys and several bird species. The plantation visit was awesome! We learned about local fruits, coffee and sugar cane.
Our guide Juan made for the most wonderful tour in Limon today during our cruise stop! The highlight of getting up close to the baby sloth on the boat tour was outstanding! Grateful for this experience in your country.

Juan with Gio Tours was a great travel guide. Antonio was the driver and also took great photographs during the canal ride. We saw at least two sloths, a baby crocodile, many birds, and several monkeys.

We loved this excursion. Juan met us at the port and made us feel comfortable. He was clear in his explanations, was very knowledgeable and always asked if we had questions before continuing. It was just ok. I’ve been on many Viator tours and this wasn’t one to recommend. The canal boat ride wasn’t very impressive
