From pickup to drop off this tour is 1,000/10! I loved the communication the most. They reach out 48 his ahead of time to give you a detailed expectations breakdown. Pickup up is LITERALLY chauffeur service. The best part is at the end where you get your certificate and medal of completion. It's a lovely and fun perk of an already amazing experience.

Amazing experience. Right on schedule, very organized, and extremely friendly staff. The basket is the right size to not feel crowded. The pilot made the trip safe, went up and down to enjoy the sights. Will recommend this company any time.

turquoise balloon tour was a highlight of our trip. We booked comfort balloon for 16 people and it was 200E each. All preparations before and after were very professional. The ride was absolutely gorgeous and we’ll remember it forever. Although I would prefer if pick up was scheduled for later than 3:30am and to skip breakfast. Champagne toast, and freshly baked cake was a nice touch at the end. A lot of very hard working people made it happen. Thank you.

We were happy with their services and would recommend it to friends and family. They picked us at the exact time later took us to their office for breakfast and gave us some information about the pilot and transfer. Breakfast was light but the quality of food was great. After breakfast we were taken to the flight area we were in the air for 60 minutes the pilot EFTAL was experienced and their team was also very experienced. The baloon ride went smooth they also helped my mother who is above 75 to get in and out of the basket without hastle which was the most happeist part of the whole experince.I would like to Thank Turkuaz Balloons team for looking after her.

Incredible experience. A must-do in Cappadocia and Turquaz was the perfect company to do it with. Pick up and organisation was really smooth and the breakfast at the beginning, and certificate and champagne afterwards, were lovely touches which made the experience extra special. The flight itself was unbelievable. The views, sunset and landscape were amazing and our pilot Eftal made us feel safe and welcome throughout. He was happy to answer questions and had a great playlist on!! Would highly recommend this tour and company.
