Kappadokien-Ballonflugticket über das Göreme-Tal

They pick you up at your hotel very early (around 4:30 AM), take you to the bottom of the Goreme valley, and you go up in a large basket for 32 people. It takes off smoothly, and you are soon among the clouds surrounded by 150 other balloons. Always a feeling of safety and control from the pilot. They are so good that they land directly on the car that carries the basket. A spectacle!

Excellent dynamics with Viator that keeps us confident with the whole process. The day before the activity they confirmed the pick up time and nothing failed. At 5h our driver Rifath made the pick up, despite the time had a good mood and contagious joy always cheering the passengers. With the Rainbow Ballons the flight was safe and wonderful ❤️ at the end we had the right to sparkling, cake and a Flight certificate. The landscape is stunning

Wonderful experience to do at least once in a lifetime. The staff is friendly and punctual. Arrived at the flight point they delivered breakfast and explained some safety rules and at the end they issued us the certificate. The flight is light and pleasant and gives you the chance to see the whole valley of Goreme!

Everything was great until, for safety reasons, the flight was cancelled. Pick up was on time, delicious coffee offered but then sent back. As disappointing as it was, it was worth the try. Only thing is I have not yet received my refund. I’m hoping that will come soon.

I've travelled all over the world. This trip was probably the best organised and most memorable. Then organisation was like a military operation. The team were professional but personable... And the balloon trip over Capadocia was magical.

We booked our hot air balloon ride weeks in advance, planning our entire trip to Cappadocia around this experience. Unfortunately, the communication from the tour company was severely lacking. I felt uncertain about whether they would pick us up from the correct hotel because there was no clear confirmation. Luckily, the driver arrived on time, but when we were transported to a designated area, we were left in the van without any information. Due to cloud cover, we were informed that the trip was canceled. The driver couldn’t provide any guidance on rescheduling and simply told us we were being taken back to our hotel. I tried contacting the tour company multiple times, but they were slow to respond. When they finally did, they informed me that I would receive a full refund because they were fully booked for the next day. This was extremely frustrating, as their website still showed availability, but at double the original price. When I asked if they would honor the original price, they refused, clearly taking advantage of the situation and hiking up prices. It felt like they were more interested in profiting from the delay than providing decent customer service. The whole reason we came to Cappadocia was for this hot air balloon ride, and due to this company’s poor communication and lack of consideration for their customers, it turned out to be a complete waste of time. Trying to find another company last minute was both difficult and expensive. I’m extremely disappointed with how we were treated and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable experience.

BOOK THIS RIGHT NOW. The best best best thing I’ve ever done. The team were so friendly, organised and happy. We spent an hour flying around. We got the most amazing views of all the other balloons flying. The sunrise was spectacular, The ride in the sky was smooth, still and so enjoyable. The baskets were comfortable and didn’t feel too squished. At the end we had a smooth landing and finished off with a refreshing drink and received our certificates. I would 110% recommend Rainbow Balloons to anyone struggling to pick who to go with! I was so unsure and weighing up options between prices and companies but I am so glad I went with Rainbow. Their prices are reasonable and their service is exceptional. Check out their trip advisor reviews too because there are plenty more there!

1 more thing gone from to do list and it was all worth to come to turkey/cappadocia to do Hot Air Balloon Tour. One of my best and unforgettable memory now. Don't you guys hesitate even 1 second to do doesn't metter how expensive is it. and about the company. They were extremely attentive and from the moment I made a reservation they contacted me and asked if I had any questions or needed anything. They definitely managed to avoid long uncomfortable conversations and keep communication at its best. I'm planning to do my honeymoon at cappadocia and I know who to conatct with now :)

Just an incredible unbelievable experience. A dream come true and the company was great made everyone feel part of the experience.
